Its really inconsistent. Because that would mean if he was controlling her freedom so much he would have access to any photo/video or text message taken against him for several years yet he didn't try to delete any of them ?? Never trust anyone in Hollywood, Amber went To Johnny for status, not love, status. When you're rich it is difficult to know who to trust when it comes to friends. Even if she was crazy in love with him, it doesn't excuse the behaviors of her friends to have free rent and then backstab Johnny in the back. Johnny was being nice and this is how he is rewarded.

I think you are very wrong here. To me it seems like she was manipulative, abusive and head over heels in love with Johnny. Look at the earlier testimonies of how she was trying to rekindle the relationsship with Depp even after the restraining orders; crying and sobbing when he didn't hug her (as heard in what I believe was the last recorded audio between them). The text messages from her to their manager; how witnesses say she told them she still had feelings for Depp during her time with Elon Musk.

Anxiety and Depression comes first, then drug use usually follows, not the other way around. People do not often get addicted to drugs if their lifestyle and life are happy and relaxed. Excess drug use (including alcohol) is also a coping mechanism for stress.

Johnny is rocking sideways in his chair. This testimony is stressing him. He is self-stemming to calm himself. I haven’t seen this behavior before. Either he feels threatened by her words, or he is trying to cope with lies that cause him to feel invalidated. There may be agitation due to the shock of hearing someone describe HIS relationship, but in a way that is diametrically different than his experience of it. Either way, this is the most animated and agitated that I’ve seen him.

She’s being questioned by the “what if, any…” lawyer in a way that allows her to provide answers based on what AH told her. These questions should be about specific events & what she observed in those events & not allowing her to talk about anything she wants.
There are different rules depending on whether a witness is giving initial testimony, cross or redirect.
@universal right. The problem is that the redirect sucked. That other lawyer was not nearly as good as Camille. I guess the only witnesses that matter are JD & AH. It’s going to come down to if the jury believes her or him & if that oped defamed JD.

With Whitney though they know they have to gather as much information from her as it's possible to use it against Amber later. I think that's why the other attorney didn't object that much as Camille did with Amber.
They act as tho Johnny was the only one doing drugs and drinking. When Amber drank two $500 bottles of wine a day, plus MDA, and her Sister Whitney said she was seldom sober.. and she lived in the penthouse, plus lived with Amber.

I found Withney the most believable witness from Amber but the lil nod and smirk AH gave her after being interrogated didn’t pass unnoticed!
Also, if you piece together all of their interrogations, there are some discrepancies
1. Rocky didn’t state that after getting to the penthouse to check on AH she proceeded to ask her boyfriend to leave them alone FOR 15 MINUTES
2. Josh Drew was so “worried” but still left them and went back to their penthouse
3. Rocky clearly saw a bruise on her lip while her husband didn’t (they were together?)
4. The other female friend didn’t see any glasses shattered while the two did
5. Amber called Josh to tell him that she loved him and “sweet-talk” him even tho they didn’t talk for years
6. iO and Josh met (ofc they talked about the case duh)
7. No one apparently put the knife pocket on the bed but it was there when they took the pic (they didn’t notice it)… and it definitely wasn’t there the night before
8. Josh Drew when first asked if he believed no one manipulated Amber’s pictures he stated “I have to answer if I think they manipulated them or if I saw them doing it, the answer are different” and when asked the second time just said no
9. Josh said they took the pictures on her phone so there won’t be any future tentative to say something about their “validity” so they were all already thinking about a possible legal action
10. The make-up artist clearly stated that she CREATES and covers bruising (not so possible with swelling)
11. Why Rocky fake cried when showed amber’s pictures by her attorneys while she didn’t bat an eye when cross examined (which happens first) 😒
12. The hair clearly looks too short to come form her scalp in the middle of her head… and if it was fist-grabbed is should have been in circular shape with hairs intertwined not look like a chunk of cut hair
13. Whitney stated that in the night she was woken up by the two was one of the few times she was not inebriated and high (cocaine) so how can she remember everything else so clearly lol
14. They all saw him at his worst and also them Fighting but NO ONE WITNESSED HIM ever touching her (even in the kitchen video AH took he was apparently at his worst but he still didn’t lay a finger on her! He took it out on the cupboards and she def wasn’t scared)
None of what you wrote really matters because JD already admitted in audio recording that he head-butted AH in the forehead.
He already admitted things about "the monster".
He already admitted he has an alcohol and drug problem.
Those three things were all witnessed by others. Therefore, AH op-ed article is true which means there was NO defamation and JD will 100% lose the case and be responsible, at least, to pay AH attorney fees.

Because Jennifer is rumored to actually take the stand. I think the tactic is to let Amber and Whitney testify first and lie. If Depp’s team had already called Jennifer to testify before these two did, they could change their stories somehow kind of like how Amber found out about the makeup kit and then mentions “obviously not this exact one”.
