Hi Tom just wanted to message you saying that your videos are really helping me at the moment as currently I am in hospital as I have had two collapsed lungs. (Which no doctor here has ever seen before as it is so rare and life threatening). So thanks for keeping a smile on my face as it is quite demoralising being in hospital when I am on my own and when I can’t see my family, girlfriend or friends. Me and my girlfriend normally love watching you vlogs every time you upload as they are so funny and relatable at times. But I just wanted to overall thank you as you’ve helped me get through the difficult times.

I was in hospital last week for 5 days had to wait for surgery to have stitches on my knee as I fell and sliced it open bad lol surgery took 5minutes but had to wait 5 days as they kept having other emergencys was a bit stressful but there's no place like home. Take it easy brother and do not be afraid to let people take care of you right now cos you getting better is the most important thing! You'll feel back to normal very soon just don't push yourself too much make sure to get plenty rest, stay hydrated (maybe a white monster if they float your goat and tickle ya pickle;) and if they've given you antibiotics set timers on phone so you don't forget and miss any... So glad to hear you're doing well all considering the pain you're most likely in but trust the process you'll be right as rain in no time. Every day I wake up im getting like 5% better and can now walk again (albeit im walking like ive crapped my pants haha) after not being able to for nearly 2 weeks and cos I've been hopping around on my left leg constantly, I've got one Glute bigger than the other, 🤣 man's looking like popeye haha 💪 🦵 sorry for the essay but I saw your comment and I've just been in hospital but not for anything anywhere near as serious as you and it struck a cord and im glad you're doing better now, Toms vlogs help me so much too. Hey Tom, I have a e-bike using the same system as yours, I would recommend staying in sport mode instead of turbo. Turbo is basically first gear in a car you just use it for get started then switch to sport.
