I feel like he'd be an incredible BBEG in a DnD game. Normally they're all like evil wizards and gods and undead and such, but damn he'd be great. Just this ultra powerful warrior king that's not casting spells, instead they're just halfway immune to magic and blitzing through the party.

It's so weird how beloved this man has become. Back in the day, I knew him as Davis Bloom on Smallville and after that, Starkiller. Both roles were massively underappreciated, but the dude gave it his all. I already knew he was an amazing actor back then, even though he didn't get the credit he deserved. I love that he's getting that now

For me, nothing will ever beat the feelings I had playing Force Unleashed for the first time. Hearing the great Sam Witwer play the iconic role of Starkiller, Vaders secret apprentice, was something truly amazing.
Nothing will beat the feeling of pulling down an entire Star Destroyer as Starkiller in the first game

I was expecting there to be a bigger cheer in the crowd. I don't think some of these people realize how pivotal and much of an impact Sam Witwer had on the Star Wars franchise. He is basically a legend in his own right and very passionate about the original Star Wars universe.
He may be Maul to most of you, but he’ll always be Starkiller to me.

This is just childhood right here with him doing Darth Maul. Sam is one of the most genuine people that works in Star Wars and I hope one day he gets to play Starkiller again. Still can’t believe I’ve met him at a convention before.

They have to bring Starkiller back. Everyone wants him back. Whether it be a video game, series, movie, live action or animated. He has to come back. They were actually considering doing it in rebels so we know it’s possible.

This is one of the best yells ever, this performance is something else; it is excellent, perfect.
Sam Witwer is a gem. Most everyone has seen him in something one time or another and never realized it. And he’s great in everything he’s in.
It’s so awesome to see Sam Witwer still so involved in the Star Wars community and such a genuine fan! I just replayed the force unleashed for the first time in years on the switch and I forgot how amazing his performance as starkiller was!
It feels so satisfying to hear Sam Witwer yell “Kenobi” in front of so many Star Wars fans.

Dude played literally Darth Maul 3x, StarKiller, Darth Sidious and Darth Vader. Mans a beast.
He narrates an audiobook of Maul, set just before the events in Episode 1. He does an amazing impression of Sidious, Yoda and Qui-Gon in it as well as a sassy droid.

I really wish they'd bring Galen Marek back, because damnit, Sam deserves to show up in live action as one of the most op force users of all time.
It would be amazing if Thrawn's enforcer in the Ahsoka show is Galen Marek. They can change his story to say that Vader's secret apprentice was working separately from the Inquistors, then was sent to look for Thrawn during the original trilogy. I always wanted to see Marek and Ahsoka meet, since they debuted the same year and were both trained by Anakin/Vader.

@@bettercallmaul5810 Yeah, that was my thought also since if they keep Galen Marek somewhat powerful enough to stand up to Vader, it would make sense for him to keep Starkiller a secret from the others and want to train him privately while also sending him out to deal with matters that Vader saw well beyond the capabilities of the inquisitors (like say, finding out where Yoda might be, or that Mace Windu survived, where the Inquisitors wouldn't stand a chance).

I really hope that, if Disney ever does a live-action Starkiller/Galen Marek, they cast Sam Witwer for the role (even if it's just a "what if" kind of series). They'd definitely have to have him fighting Proxy's Darth Maul training program at some point, though.

I watched the original series of Battlestar Galactica the same year I got to play force.unleashed. Still haven't gotten round to seeing the miniseries. Cool to know the same man that played Starkiller played a role in Battlestar.
