Dr Joe, Thx for your useful tips. I got hurt my left knee when I was teen. Since then I always find my left legs got issues and feel painful on and off. Should I do same amount of exercises on both knees or stress more exercise on my left. Many thx.
Try do less on the left knee , to start slowly and strengthen the muscles first. Eventually as the left knee muscles get stronger, you can do the same weight for both

2)🪑坐着核心運動Core
3)🪑坐着6招膝肌肉運動kneecap
坐喺櫈做好安全🪑👍
我做完以上的運動, 感覺到大腿肌肉㷫㷫地🔥, 就好似游水不停游左幾個round之後身體肌肉也覺得㷫㷫地🔥的感覺🏊🏻♀️
慢慢,不要過分做,小心

Hi Dr Joe. 我右膝2月份扭傷筋,前後睇咗跌打 針灸,到現在6月份 仍未好晒 有時又痛啲 有時又好啲 又會大腿外側緊 好苦惱。試過針炙完 大腿又實 走路艱難,好唔開心,今日睇咗你條片,試吓跟著做,謝謝
你看看做完有沒有幫助,如果到時有問題可能要做一些檢測,例如磁力共振

Dr Joe 我右腳ITB痛後期引致到膝頭內中外都同以及有卡卡聲,現在IT B已消炎康復,但膝頭仍然有無力感,自我感覺唔似受傷前咁能固定同有力,耐唔中膝關節會發生聲響,請問是什麼問題?
現在最好就係做強化運動,強化股四頭肌,後退肌肉及小腿。拍卡聲主要是因為肌肉過緊令到菠蘿蓋磨擦出現的聲音。可以選擇在吃一點點膠原蛋白的食物或補充劑去幫助。

Dr. Joe, 當 無 法 踎 低 時 。應 該 點 樣 做 。真 為 阻 礙 到 工 作 呀 ? 可 否 拍 片 作 解 釋 和 做 哪 種 運 動 呢 ?
