The 6335R is a more open feel instrument with a broader and brighter trumpet sound. The commercial sounds way more compact. Feel of resistance is comparable. The Miyashiro is a totaly different instrument in my opinion. Espacially the new one. The Myishiro is a more professional instrument and plays with less effort, better response and really shouts in the higher register when played forte/fortissimo and darker in the low register , where the Commercial stays more equal over the whole range of the instrument. Equal in a sence of more “dull” when we talk about sound. Hope this gives you a bit of an impression
@@VanLentMusic Wow! Thank you for your great insights into these horns. I’m a comeback semi-pro player who does mostly church music (descants, etc). I’m getting older now so I was looking for an easy-playing horn. Which trumpet would you suggest? Thanks!
@@VanLentMusic Thanks for your suggestion! I will go according to your suggestion...but just to be sure, isn't the Miyashiro easier to play? Thanks again!
Amazing performance across different style of play. Are you using the same mouthpiece all along? May I know what MP you use?
Yes you may, all played on my commercial Mp: GR66Z**
Sounds great! How does this compare with the 6335R and the 6340EM? Thanks!

@@Kennygrooms if I had to choose between these 3 for you, I would go for the YTR6335R

@@Kennygrooms maybe so, but it’s more suitable for leadplaying and the 6335R will suite you better with a more “classical Church aproach”
