  • Welcome to our tour of the very unique luxury property in Tokyo, known as ESPRIT, designed by Satoshi Kurosaki and APOLLO A&A.
This massive concrete and glass house is located in the downtown residential neighborhood of Ebisu and Hiroo. The client, who uses flowers and greenery to design lifestyles, wanted to incorporate that concept into a private residence that's also open to the public sphere.
This property is an exceptional blend of modern architecture and natural elements, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. It features a total floor area of 232.75 square meters, with 3 floors and a penthouse, and is constructed using reinforced concrete.
Join us as we take a closer look at the unique and fascinating features of this luxury home.

03:25 "Let me show you the master bedroom-" Did not show the bed.
06:23 -"As I'm sitting in this extensive couch, I have a view of the outside, and in front of me is this massive 120 inch TV." -Did not show the TV.
Dude, you need to practice more in your presentation.

Phenomenal house and architecture. The video quality is just as phenomenonal.
    Some constructive feedback:
    • The background music is overpowering throughout the entire video. It's difficult to hear and focus on what you're saying.
    • It would be nice to see more of the house.

You guys have to keep making videos. Take notes from the channel local project. They are the best architectural real estate channel on RUclips. Of course Enes but everyone knows that, local project has this emotional property to its narrative, though that’s unbeatable. You guys have some serious potential though to be like the best of both local project, and a house tour. It’s partly your host, he’s confident, funny and knows what to say, and when not to say anything. Out of my own selfish love for these type of videos, I would love to see this channel flourish. I don’t see this often, either, or I would tell this to more channels lol. Best of luck to your team, I’ll be keeping an eye on this one. Thank you. 😌🙏

Real talk though, im gonna give you the benefit of the doubt, cuz maybe there’s a language barrier, but i wanna be clear, I didn’t say once that I’m trying to learn anything from these videos, nor did I say I was binge watching them to learn anything. I love these type of videos and think this channel has some real potential so i was casting some ideas their way. Not sure how you got anything else outta that? Look though, you do you. Obviously you over there sketching and designing and creating city’s tall as mountains on loose leaf paper, right?.. right? or on the real did I catch you eating up your hat? The whole video is shot focusing on you when it should be focusing on the house. It's missing the point. We don't see enough of the space, there's a 1 sec unobstructed shot of a room and it's directly back to a shot of you either in the middle or worse, zoomed in. I just don't get it. We want to see the house, so show us the house. Add a voice over for most of the shots if needed.

ESPRIT is actually pronounced "espree" and the house is amazing for Tokyo .. and as this is the first of your videos I've seen I'll go look for more .. (but some constructive criticism) ditch the music it overpowers the narration badly; you mean first and second floors not 2 and 3 [don't fall into the sloppy and incorrect American usage]; your descriptions are somewhat excessive and dramatic (it's just a house - you haven't brought about world peace) but overall your English is fairly good - enjoyed it.
