I have a suggestion, I hope it wont distract you from the amazing work you're doing....my suggestion is regarding this video and the first hyper-drive rota at (1500+ RPM using .67 amp) so what if you modify your hyper-drive cover and connect a made in china e.g 5KW generator via a drive belt (and/or flywheel) , surely the 85 pound a torque in the hyper-drive will keep it rolling and power the generator. i myself am not sure where to find a motor thats shown at the begining of this video, but, salvage the big motors from front load washing machines like LG & SAMSUNG. there are a few different kinds of these washing machine motors though. different kinds of magnets and different number of windings. Controller is the main issue right now though.

can't do open source because it's hard to control the energy under these circumstances that require not just awareness of whats going on and needs to happen, but controller hardware & software is complicated to match what we want and need to happen vs our lack of abilities to build and program.

Better understanding? I have worked industrial electricity for two decades. Rebuilding electrical generators for factories to automation. Magnetism is inducted into iron then produces electricity. How is that wrong? Just like the Ocean is salt water and has magnetic power going though which produces a current and makes oxygen and hydrogen.(our source of oxygen). Yes a radio uses magnetic power using a tranducer (a antenna) which produces a RF (radio Frequency). How is this wrong? Tesla did a experiment in which he put light bulbs in the ground and powered them by using a generator. Which was grounded and then sent a RF signal with a antenna to light the bulbs. I found out as he changed the frequency and match the earth resonance (HZ) he was able to magnify the current. As I remember the bulbs were a mile away. So what part is wrong?

that poor drum motor, you should buy a drive with 12 Pulse IGBT´s which are D/Y connected (two 6 pulse diode bridges in parallell) to compensate for it being out of phase. And with the higher pulsenumber you will also increase the carrier frequency
Sorry but you are wrong. Just because a bearing is not in the rotor or stator of your setup does not mean there are no bearings in it. They are located in the housing of the alternator. And like all things rotating, it means they have a lifespan. Now how long a lifespan depends on how well made the bearings are and how well they are sealed. If the bearings were oil lubed with a sight glass, then you could keep them supplied for a very long time. That is why lathes that run roller bearings often have ways of keeping them lubed. But with most alternators, oil is a danger to them so they use sealed bearings on smaller units. Now as these drives should be very smooth in their torque and as it is applied from all sides, the side load on the bearings should be next to nothing if the unit is well balanced. Which would lead to a long lifespan. With these drives, the shaft diameter is the only thing that really matters. And the strength of the stator and rotor themselves. They have to be designed to be able to take whatever twisting load is put on them. The alternator is going to resist whatever amount of load is put on it so maybe a design where the magnets rotate over coils would be better as they too could be extremely well balanced while under load. As these drives can be found with 36 coils that gives you 12 coils per phase to work with. That works out well with an alternator as they could be built as 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 coil units. 12 coils being the smoothest output but 6 is easier to build. Back in the 80s I played around with some Delco-Remy 24V 50A generators. By turning the brushes 90° to what was normal, these became self exciting. Now then you had to worry about over voltage as even at 1800 RPM these could run up to 110 V. Now days with modern electronics, you can use an off the shelf voltage regulator to set one for whatever output voltage limit you wanted. So one of these drive units hooked up to just about any powerhead would work.
One video you have claims the motor makes noise and it probably does but from what u taught me that controller is changing frequency to go faster or slower so isn't the controller generating test tones probably to check for a short in winding.

Very low current going into the magic box, conversion to high voltage RF that powers the "hyper drive" (right so far?) can you then drive a generator with the hyper drive that can produce more current than was put into the magic box? ... if so it should be able to power itself right?

I live in Izmir (Smyrna) Turkeya and thought only this country's DHL is screwing people but your experience confirms me that this is a global strategy. I just tell them that i don't accept the delivery if i have to pay extra (generally after some resistance) they accept to deliver "as it should be" because otherwise they have to send the goods back on their own cost which they don't like to do for obvious reasons. BTW. to give you some public "resonants frequency" i find your explanations very entertaining you have a great talent for comedy :D
So your controller setup is a custom made 3 Phase ESC driving 3 HV MOSFETS rated to about 600/800VDC with the motive power provided separately via an HV power supply (hence the large red silicone wire)? The resonance required for the neodymium magnets to push/pull at maximum efficiency is around ~350-600VDC in the kilohertz range (any higher HV will breach the magnet wire insulation)? Am I getting close? ;-)
greg k 'Magnet wire' a.k.a coated/insulated copper wire (e.g. polyester, enamel) whereby the coating has 'breakdown' voltage properties i.e it cannot contain the electricity at a certain voltage and it will 'breach' the wire jumping to the layer next to it as it attempts to ground itself, usually causing a short in your coil. Gerard has talked about 'triple coated' wire so he may be using wire with a >600V breakdown (~600V breakdown voltage is common unless you buy a specialist type of wire).
You do realize that using high voltage means it will have small amperage, if you motor runs on 3 times higher voltage, it uses of course 3 times less amps than your other pump that run on 110, but they still have the same POWER (in watts) ? why do you compare the amps when they operate on different voltage ?

If you could get the same or more power at better efficiencies then the motors that they have out today, that would be great! There is a lot of money right now going into the FPV hobby, and the motors they have now are good, but they could be so much better with your invention!
I almost realised some hobby motors of those i got are winded to be ineficient by design. What i saw happens is that as you make them rotate faster, because they are wrongly winded on purpuse or not, the amps climbs up as the voltage and the rpm does. So you can never work "eficiently" with those i have on hand at least. Maybe is of interest we surely can go more into it. Cya.
Yeah, some are wound more for power than efficiency. There is a lot more than just winding's. There is also what kind of magnets you have, how strong they are N54 Vs N42, the air gap distance you have between the stator and the magnets. You also have to consider the winding's themselves, and what they are made of, Silver is a better conductor than copper, and on those little motors, even though they run on DC from a battery, it is converted to AC after it goes through the ESCs, and uses the skin effect on the winding's so it has been proven that silver coated winding's are the best for efficiency. There are a lot of things to consider.

Have you heard of VFD's? BLDC? Same thing, it only needs to be tuned for magnetization current and hysteresis and it draws less than a 10-th of what an equivalent output power classic brushed or induction motor draws.
he is confused or just trying to trick the viewers..... doesn't matter that the amps do not go upwhen he increases voltage. voltsxamps=watts. so increase either and you are using more watts/current. so when it goes from .5amp to 3amps that is a huge jump in current draw. same when he goes from 100v @.5amp and 400v @ .5amp. and so on. put a load on that motor and that .5amp goes to 3-4amps.

i myself am not sure where to find a motor thats shown at the begining of this video, but, salvage the big motors from front load washing machines like LG & SAMSUNG. there are a few different kinds of these washing machine motors though. different kinds of magnets and different number of windings. Controller is the main issue right now though.

can't do open source because it's hard to control the energy under these circumstances that require not just awareness of whats going on and needs to happen, but controller hardware & software is complicated to match what we want and need to happen vs our lack of abilities to build and program.

Better understanding? I have worked industrial electricity for two decades. Rebuilding electrical generators for factories to automation. Magnetism is inducted into iron then produces electricity. How is that wrong? Just like the Ocean is salt water and has magnetic power going though which produces a current and makes oxygen and hydrogen.(our source of oxygen). Yes a radio uses magnetic power using a tranducer (a antenna) which produces a RF (radio Frequency). How is this wrong? Tesla did a experiment in which he put light bulbs in the ground and powered them by using a generator. Which was grounded and then sent a RF signal with a antenna to light the bulbs. I found out as he changed the frequency and match the earth resonance (HZ) he was able to magnify the current. As I remember the bulbs were a mile away. So what part is wrong?

Fyi, massive mining 100t gravel dump trucks run electric motors with diesel generators. I know its massive commercial applications but perhaps in that tech they openly run the rf equations and controllers. Everything they run i thought to be ac! that poor drum motor, you should buy a drive with 12 Pulse IGBT´s which are D/Y connected (two 6 pulse diode bridges in parallell) to compensate for it being out of phase. And with the higher pulsenumber you will also increase the carrier frequency
Sorry but you are wrong. Just because a bearing is not in the rotor or stator of your setup does not mean there are no bearings in it. They are located in the housing of the alternator. And like all things rotating, it means they have a lifespan. Now how long a lifespan depends on how well made the bearings are and how well they are sealed. If the bearings were oil lubed with a sight glass, then you could keep them supplied for a very long time. That is why lathes that run roller bearings often have ways of keeping them lubed. But with most alternators, oil is a danger to them so they use sealed bearings on smaller units. Now as these drives should be very smooth in their torque and as it is applied from all sides, the side load on the bearings should be next to nothing if the unit is well balanced. Which would lead to a long lifespan. With these drives, the shaft diameter is the only thing that really matters. And the strength of the stator and rotor themselves. They have to be designed to be able to take whatever twisting load is put on them. The alternator is going to resist whatever amount of load is put on it so maybe a design where the magnets rotate over coils would be better as they too could be extremely well balanced while under load. As these drives can be found with 36 coils that gives you 12 coils per phase to work with. That works out well with an alternator as they could be built as 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 coil units. 12 coils being the smoothest output but 6 is easier to build.
Back in the 80s I played around with some Delco-Remy 24V 50A generators. By turning the brushes 90° to what was normal, these became self exciting. Now then you had to worry about over voltage as even at 1800 RPM these could run up to 110 V. Now days with modern electronics, you can use an off the shelf voltage regulator to set one for whatever output voltage limit you wanted. So one of these drive units hooked up to just about any powerhead would work.

One video you have claims the motor makes noise and it probably does but from what u taught me that controller is changing frequency to go faster or slower so isn't the controller generating test tones probably to check for a short in winding.

So... tiny mind here. Very low current going into the magic box, conversion to high voltage RF that powers the "hyper drive" (right so far?) can you then drive a generator with the hyper drive that can produce more current than was put into the magic box? ... if so it should be able to power itself right?
It looks like there is enough torque on the "hyperdrive" to accomplish this so why not attach the generator and make a stunning example of over unity? Of course I am way over here on the interwebs just viewing the tube of you without formal education on what I am looking at.... and if this will be open source why all the secrecy on the magic box? I use a lot of electricity

I live in Izmir (Smyrna) Turkeya and thought only this country's DHL is screwing people but your experience confirms me that this is a global strategy.
I just tell them that i don't accept the delivery if i have to pay extra (generally after some resistance) they accept to deliver "as it should be" because otherwise they have to send the goods back on their own cost which they don't like to do for obvious reasons.
BTW. to give you some public "resonants frequency" i find your explanations very entertaining you have a great talent for comedy :D
So your controller setup is a custom made 3 Phase ESC driving 3 HV MOSFETS rated to about 600/800VDC with the motive power provided separately via an HV power supply (hence the large red silicone wire)? The resonance required for the neodymium magnets to push/pull at maximum efficiency is around ~350-600VDC in the kilohertz range (any higher HV will breach the magnet wire insulation)? Am I getting close? ;-)
greg k 'Magnet wire' a.k.a coated/insulated copper wire (e.g. polyester, enamel) whereby the coating has 'breakdown' voltage properties i.e it cannot contain the electricity at a certain voltage and it will 'breach' the wire jumping to the layer next to it as it attempts to ground itself, usually causing a short in your coil. Gerard has talked about 'triple coated' wire so he may be using wire with a >600V breakdown (~600V breakdown voltage is common unless you buy a specialist type of wire).
You do realize that using high voltage means it will have small amperage, if you motor runs on 3 times higher voltage, it uses of course 3 times less amps than your other pump that run on 110, but they still have the same POWER (in watts) ? why do you compare the amps when they operate on different voltage ?

So those are high voltage three phase variable pulse sine wave emitting devices that are programmable to various frequencies? Referring to the three burritos with wires hanging out of them at the end of your clip. Like palm size transformers. 15-25kh rf frequency range is needed for the big "motor".

So you plug a quiet motor into the wall?
With his motor he uses only a couple amps.....then uses it to make RF.....NOT ELECTRICITY...….doesn't lose power like DC and AC. He can put it through transformers and a spark gap...Three of them.
Then he loops back and steps up to more power...…..send that to a can transformer. put a 60 cycle slash in it.
Now you have the keys to the kingdom. Magnets have to get the hell out of the way of resonance......In this set up ...the magnets can only move left or right...…..And they get after it.

Glade to see your back! Do you think your motor could be scaled down to something like a 2306 4000Kv motor for small Multi rotor quad copters? If you could get the same or more power at better efficiencies then the motors that they have out today, that would be great! I almost realised some hobby motors of those i got are winded to be ineficient by design. What i saw happens is that as you make them rotate faster, because they are wrongly winded on purpuse or not, the amps climbs up as the voltage and the rpm does. So you can never work "eficiently" with those i have on hand at least. Maybe is of interest we surely can go more into it. Cya.

Yeah, some are wound more for power than efficiency. There is a lot more than just winding's. There is also what kind of magnets you have, how strong they are N54 Vs N42, the air gap distance you have between the stator and the magnets. You also have to consider the winding's themselves, and what they are made of, Silver is a better conductor than copper, and on those little motors, even though they run on DC from a battery, it is converted to AC after it goes through the ESCs, and uses the skin effect on the winding's so it has been proven that silver coated winding's are the best for efficiency. There are a lot of things to consider.

Have you heard of VFD's? BLDC? Same thing, it only needs to be tuned for magnetization current and hysteresis and it draws less than a 10-th of what an equivalent output power classic brushed or induction motor draws.

he is confused or just trying to trick the viewers..... doesn't matter that the amps do not go upwhen he increases voltage. voltsxamps=watts. so increase either and you are using more watts/current.
so when it goes from .5amp to 3amps that is a huge jump in current draw. same when he goes from 100v @.5amp and 400v @ .5amp. and so on. put a load on that motor and that .5amp goes to 3-4amps.
I’m so confused. This is nothing more than a variable frequency driven “motor.” They are already installed in nearly every manufacturing facility throughout the world, including energy plants.This is certainly nothing new.
