Hello I saved a washer motor like yours a number of years ago having a number of ideas of what I could do with it and so far all I have managed so far is to gather dust. As a person who has made and posted videos in the past thank you you have reminded me of some projects I would like to get back to and that I should get back to posting videos just in case I make one that someone would be encouraged by thanks again

If you are based on academic knowledge, the result will be as you get. You have to look closely at Gerard's films once again, think about what Gerard has been working on for three years and whether you have actually reproduced his work. Listen carefully to what Gerard is saying with an open mind, try to find a similar Tesla work and then there is a chance that you will understand what it is all about.

Gerard mentioned that amps is your enemy and right about now he's not taking that fact into consideration. Lower the amps and a raised voltage should give you the torque via resonance frequency should do the job. Resonance and voltage is the key.

Not once did Gerard mention flux weakening, so I can't see what he's doing focusing on that.

Gerard always said that these were to run on volts not amps. Printed on the side it certainly looks like it runs on volts and very little amps. From there he goes in another direction it seems. Didn't Gerard show where to purchase the controller? It seems everyone is trying to reinvent what Gerard already spent much time and money to figure out already.

All due respect but you still don't understand Gerard's concept he is using here. The problem is... You're still relying on Amps to drive it, conventional mainstream engineering, Gerard specifically states over and over his motors don't necessarily use amps to drive it, it uses "RF Frequencies" along with high voltage to drive it. This is a concept that hasn't yet been established in mainstream electrical engineering and science atm, only a few know about this, me included, for instance Eric Lewthwaite and of course Gerard and a few of the people close to him knows about this. From the looks of things, you're relying too much on artificial man made controllers to drive the motor, that's already the problem right there. Less is more here. A tip... Directly apply the electrical output from your source into a transformer voltage multiplier and then begin reconstructing Gerards concept from there to drive the washing machine motor. So the whole back emf problem you see is a symptom you're pushing speed with amps, which is what Gerard was criticizing.

You mean Gerard? That's correct, and it looks like he found someone in China to do so, and he kept that secret - you can see on his videos that he kept the controller covered in piece of cloth. Now he is gone and unavailable and I did not find a single video where anybody went as far as I did with the controller.
Thanks for your comment, you got me right.

DD stands for don't do, it's the worst motor/generator you will ever find, why? Because it's too accessible and it's designed that way, the only success one would have with one of these is by using it as a hidro electric generator on a river.

@@krissio100 I thought it had to do with back-EMF, unless a bearing is damaged it shouldn't consume that much energy as heat. But bearing choice could be just as valid. Cheers.
