Attach a pully to it and drive it with a small water wheel. Rectify the AC 3 phase output with a bridge rectifier. Use that to feed a power converter of your choice. The DC voltage is 220 to 415V depending on speed. This allows you to power most switch mode power supplies bypassing the front end voltage doubler. The rig job I built used a bicycle wheel attached to the water wheel shaft as the primary pully and an engine pully as the receiver giving about 277V at 4A of current. This fed a charging unit that charged a 24V battery array used in an off grid setup. ❤
You should have measured the voltage with the light bulb attached. The voltage would probably have been a lot lower than what you read open circuit. You will get a more accurate idea of what it can do if you measure voltage and current at the same time. Assuming it was a 220V motor you will need to spin it at the speed it runs at as a motor to generate 1200 watts, if even that much.
Do not break your washing machine for salvaging the motor, it may have an older induction motor or universal motor. Both are complicated to be used as generator.

rewire it , divide the stator up, so you have less coils per phase , say 4 coils or so, series paralell, youd have lower voltage output but better as a charger yet at higher rpms , like a wind turbine

Yes. but the power output you can continuously maintain physically as a human power source on a bicycle is around 100-150 watts... so you would have to ride 24/7 to generate about 3.6 kilowatt hours a day.

You have, at most...a 50W generator. Even IF you could claim that max generated power was from S.C. current and O.C. voltage, giving you say 1200W, you wouldn't even come come to turning it by hand. A human (top athlete) can MAYBE output 1kW for a few seconds. These motors would be well suited for hydro generation.
I did this too, but then I realized that I had to use a machine that takes a smaller amount of power, otherwise it becomes much too difficult to turn. I built a charge regulator and this fixed my problem
I'm back, don't why my meter was reading so low, hooked things up again, with hand crank getting 50, 60 volts, hooked drill to it lighting a LED light bulb, very bright. Need a speed controller. going to hook a 12 volt dc motor to it, hopefully charge battery and do some work.

The winding is from a washing machine, as are the parts connected to it,with the exception of the handle and the flat base he made.

220v is its rating .. I have to rotate it faster to get there.
