I almost did not click this video because of how misleading the title was. Get this, most people don't know who Pavel Durov is. So, using his name in your title makes it seem like the video is about a random guy who got entwined in a political controversy with Putin. But your target audience is Tech Enthusiasts. See the problem?
If I were you, I'd name the video (which was great btw, except for a few minor drawbacks) something along the lines of:
"Telegram's creator defied Vladmir Putin... and got away with it"
This should work great with the video fr (try it out)
Also, try using a very visible version of the Telegram logo to replace the VK app logo in the thumbnail.
