    Thank you so much. I tried this tonight, it was an amazing tuto. I loved that you take your time and give so much details about adding more values at the bottom for instance.
    My painting is slightly darker than yours but it feels so satisfying once it's done.

    Omg I’m watching this on a Monday morning as I’m having coffee before work. Now all I want to do is to start that painting! Painting water and reflections on water really is a challenge for me but I’m ready to give it an other try after watching your video. I think ive learned a lot. Thank you.

    Hi Matthew! This is my absolute favorite channel. I can't believe how much I've learned watching your tutorials over the last few days! I was wondering, when you start a new painting, do you add fresh paints to the pallet or rewet the dry colors? If the latter, how do you do that? Thanks! :)

    This has been very helpful. I love your teaching style. Question: you often talk about “connecting.”
    Could you do a video about the concept of connecting shapes within a composition? I need to learn more about this. It feels important; something I am not doing currently!😯
    Thanks Matthew

    Matt, i like the way you are explaining amount of water and water variation needed through multiple steps of the painting, somehow it synchs with me on how to learn different techniques through your various videos, I wonder if I can share my work which I replicated through this video for the feedback!
    Thanks, Abhay

    Another great tutorial. I am wondering how realistic the tree reflections in the photo are. They seem to extend a lot further down than you would expect.

    This video caught my eye. I'm always looking for good tips for painting water and reflections. I really enjoyed watching it. I will be painting it later this weekend. The only thing you didn't mention was the colors that you are using. Was this on purpose? I watched a few other video tutorials of your and see that you do mention the names of the colors you are using. Could you add the names of the colors you used for this video? Another thing I love about your You Tube channel is that you actually reply to questions in the comments! I really appreciate that. Thank you!

    When you let your paper dry before adding the dark trees, was it completely dry? I’m wondering why it didn’t warp.

    • @learntopaintwatercolor
      @learntopaintwatercolor  2 года назад +1

      Yes, I did let it dry. If it’s a wash that isn’t super wet and doesn’t cover a lot of the page then warping isn’t an issue.
