I saw this cast on Broadway!!! Stockard Channing was absolutely incredible!!!!!!
How's the play as a whole though? I've heard negative things. How was it for you?
@@mistermastermind528 I saw it 6 times 2x with Lucie Arnaz, 2× with Stockard Channing and 2× with Diana Canova the short was so upbeat and funny!!! The only flaw to the show was Tony Roberts!!! I was never a fan. In my opinion he was not sexy enough to be with the woman leads!!! Robert Klein was great and so was Ted Wass.

@@mistermastermind528 you're a very smart man, when I went to Florida to visit my mom, she surprised me with tickets, that a amateur theatre group was doing Theyre playing Our Song it was nicely done! So what you said was 100% right!!!

I saw the original musical with Luci Arnaz and Robert Klein but never knew Stockard Channing played the role as well. I’d love to see it again! 💔I had the full songbook and loved playing the music on the piano. Last year I had all of my music stolen from a storage facility and it still breaks me. I had so many musicals in song books & I can’t find them anywhere. 🥲I wish they’d bring it back but it’s unlikely. I’m sure the woman who went into my storage facility while I almost died just threw them all away. Does anyone know where I might find it? I lost “Fame” and so many others. They’d probably cost me a fortune now. 😢💔

Tony Roberts, God Bless him. What happened with him after Woody Allen's films and this??? I liked him! LOVED Lucy Arnaz!
He did the Gene Kelly role in the Broadway version of Xanadu several years back.
@@MADWORLD1427 He was in the Broadway revival of CABARET playing "Herr Schultz" in the early 2000's.
