Agree. The Accord has a $39k Touring model with 19" rims. And even more odd going from the base model Accord Hybrid to the Touring, you go from 17" rims to 19" rims and EPA mileage rating goes from 48 to 43. Like what!? So you get a touring car, which is meant for comfort, and you get a hybrid, which is meant for mileage....and lose both comfort and mileage by getting the larger rims. Really should be able to swap rims.

I own the 2024 version of this car, in the touring trim. It feels like a super upscale car and I've been getting a return of 36+ mpg in mixed driving. I love it and I don't think it's too loud on the highway. There is a tire noise but it's not too bad in comparison to the previous generation. Acceleration is awesome, just like he said. At $23.6K, this gen Civic EX model will cost almost as much as a base Camry or Accord. They turned this car into a compact sedan with a price tag of a midsize sedan, this is a problem for those who just want a new inexpensive Civic for their daily commutes, they also eliminated the Fit from their lineup. Almost like Honda wants more people to get into bigger loans with their smaller cars.
