    G’day Ah Pah...1-1-1-3 ratio is the perfect mix. The sauce came out excellent. This is now my go to recipe for pork. Thanks for sharing.

    Looks delicious ah pa. Don't have this dish in Canada restaurant as they mostly from Hong Kong. Missed this dish that widely available in south east Asia.

    Very tasty and the pork was very tender forgot, the pineapple. So went back DID EXTRACE SAUCE USING JUICE FRON CHUCKS OF PINEAPPLE. ADDED TO REMAINDER OF SWEET AND SOUR PORK MORE THAN ENOUGH.😋

    Ah pa what do you do with the used oil? Do you throw it away or reuse it.

      Ive tries just now it was nice except my meat was huge is like nugget size 😄. Need to make it smaller next time. But i am not able to make it crunchy, do i need more corn starch?

    I never like to make this dish because I can never make the sauce right-either not enough gravy, or towards the end dunno why the gravy becomes tasteless after combined with the fried meat...got so fed up i dowan do lol
    Now i see Ah Pa cook this I feel like trying
