Great option for 60 attack builds though, especially if they end up being significantly cheaper than a kodai or nightmare staff
You also have to remember that landing a freeze will be the difference between winning and losing. Zuriels staff is a good example here of a staff heavily carried by the 10% accuracy bonus to ice barrage it has. Despite being much lower DMG than toxic staff. Having literally a whole master wand over the toxic staff is busted accuracy wise.

That staffs melee stats are pretty crazy for 50 att. If someone on a g maul pure wanted to lazily staff bash bots thats actually viable. Previous option was Mystic smoke staff at 40 att which had under half the crush accuracy.

Things PKers oddly don't understand:
- Damage doesn't depend on armor/accuracy. It's entirely random. If you do hit, same chance of hitting a 35 on robes vs tank
- Protection from Magic doesn't affect splashing, just damage
