Do you have any streching for camel spin or any stretching totourials? Couls you please please make one ? Love the way you exsplain it i was learning spiral i keep oj putting my leg behind me making me lose ballance and i cant get that hight in my leg !!

It’s more of a feeling of turning away on your last cross to the step forwards, if you step inwards you won’t get a strong position or a whipped entry. so is it possible to step in? yes. is it efficient for camel to step in? Not so much…
