I mean you can go to your closest mega market (like carrefour if you live in middle east for example) and check out the prices for yourself. If you can't find them at pharmacies or markets then you can head over to your local online shopping service and there you can probably find what you are looking for.

I will try Maria Emmerich PSMF bread and Ketogenic Woman has some Carnivore and PSMF pasta I will try. I‘m on a 3 week vacation right now and have time to try new recipes means I will make some Pemmican. Also I will make a huge batch of jerky (beef, chicken, turkey and pork) have done the beef jerky before now I will try my hands on other meats lol. I need to make my own snacks cause here in Germany we don‘t get the sugar free variety and if the protein bars are sweetened with sweetener then it is usually Maltodextrin or sucralose. I react badly to erythritol so my go too is pure stevia if I need it. Usually whipped cream with cocoa powder or gingerbread spices is enough to curb my sweet tooth cause I like more savory foods not big on sweet things also 3 pieces of 100% cacao unsweetened chocolate will do the deed if I need something chocolates lol

Pork rinds have a lot of protein but it is a collagen type that will not build muscle UNLESs you have some avocado in the same day. It needs the aminos to make it complete.
dry cottage cheese mixed with 1 whole egg and a few egg whites with hot sauce as last meal before bed is a go to trick of mine. Cottage cheese high in casein pro and dry stuff isn't full of liquid sodium so it mixes well with the scrambled eggs. Plus cheap cheap!!!
I usually mix cottage cheese with cinnamon, PB2, half scoop of chocolate whey, and half a banana and OMG it taste like mexican sweet rice. I kid you not, give it a try

There are three things you need to do to build muscle regardless of gender. First, you need to exercise and trigger muscle atrophy by applying load to your muscle. Eventually you will need to increase the intensity by either adding weights or increasing the reps of your exercise. Second, you need to take 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram you weigh. So if she weighs 50 kg, she will need to take at least 48 grams of protein every day which is very achievable without any supplements; just need some eggs and milk/cheese for breakfast and a nice chicken dinner will easily give you 50 grams of protein. And lastly, rest. You need to get adequate rest to build muscle. There are some people who are known as "sleepless elite" and they can get off with around 1 hour of sleep per day without any side effects. What I am saying is it doesn't matter how much sleep you need to feel refreshed, you need at least 6 hours of sleep to build muscle efficiently. 8 hours is for maximum efficiency. You can still build muscle without much sleep but it will be VERY slow and you will feel sore for much longer after the workout.
Very important misconception regarding collagen products. when you take any protein in the body, it will be degraded to amino acids and your body will decide what protein it needs to make. Bottom line is taking more collagen in diet does not mean you will have more collagen. Your body decides solely what type of protein will be built using the amino acid pool present.
yea those quest chips are pretty good the only problem is that they have calcium carbonate that is a bad form of calcium that hardens in the bloodstream an arteries I wonder if taking a K2 with it would help direct the calcium where it is suppose to go since that is part of what K2 does or if calcium carbonate just always goes to the arteries that I am not to sure of but I just know it's a cheap bad form of calcium

I like lupin beans with lemon and cumin. Very filling , around 90 cals per 100g and nearly 10g protein and also has decent amount of fibre
