      Couldn't agree more. Garrett is such a class act when it comes to poker etiquette and staying low key when he wins a big pot. I know he puts himself in his opponent's shoes when they lose a monster pot.

    One of the most genuine and real things about Garrett is that he loves when people troll him and understands that that banter is not only good for the game, but good for his future outcome when people feel "safe" and get complacent against him! True class act no matter what's going on! Also say what you want about his luck, but dude can straight up play...like it or not!

      Statistically his luck can't be more than anyone else. It all averages out. He just *seems* lucky because he can knows how to lose the least when bad and max value when good! Then just like his table image is so dominant the commentator said people are too scared to bluff him and so when they have a hand they're face up vs him.

      He means when the board pairs one of the cards from a flop that it’s less likely he flopped a set due to less potential combos of flopped sets

      Board pair reduces possible combos of 22s from 3 to just 1. So it’s a really good card for an overpair. He’s already losing to sets, this card cuts the number of possible sets down

      Like I said, I get what he is meaning. But a board paring does not reduce the chances that someone has a FH, it can only increase it since its essential for people having a FH. He could instead say that a board pairing reduced the chance that Garret flopped a set.

    This was a combination of Garret’s skill, running very well and the players around him just making poor decisions. Absolutely love Wesley, but that all in once the diamond hit on the river was a definite punt. With 4 diamonds on the board, you have to figure that was the main thing garret continues with there.

    These poor people had no idea what hit them after they got home. Lol Garrett is quickly becoming one of my favorite poker players. He's humble and takes bad beats really well. Especially that hand against Dylan gang when gang slow rolled him. And then when he had the chance to get even he didn't and was all class. I definitely wouldn't have been able to bite my tongue

    Honestly Garrett ability to pinpoint opponents hands strength and bet accordingly is just so impressive, if anyone else on the table had Garrett's hand I doubt they would win remotely close to 200k, let alone 300k mark. If bunny had those hands she might even lose money folding QQ to ben's triple barrel. LOL

    Truthfully he didn’t do anything particularly special in this episode, people just kept making huge fundamental errors against him. The only somewhat defendable plays were the JdJx river value shove and the QQ bluffcatch, but the T4o/85dd/TT/AJhh/ATcc hands were all absolute blunders

    i think we’d all be great poker players if we ran as good as garrett does. never gets into these situations on the other side just coolers everyone and is able to make the sickest folds as well. probably one of the best players in recent times. lots to learn i hope he makes a book or something, i study this guy extensively so i can play like him.

      @@sumursumur7334 i mean I can't tell when someone is bluffton but I think Garrett knew how weak he was on the turn and I honestly think he didn't snap call because he didn't want to embarrass a guy he's so much better than. Not this is a snap call but I think Garrett never really considered folding. Garrett is scary good because he clearly can read people plus he knows gto in and out. He's a freak. On the other hand, he's playing against weak opponents.

    6:17 I know tiger was chasing the flush or straight but checking the river was a bad play imo, Garrett was hesitant to call the turn I think if he bluffed the river he could of won that hand but who knows Garrett still might have called him

      ​@@If6wasnine you still have to get dealt those hands. I play live 2-3 times a week, 5+ hours per session. I'm not complaining, but its literally been months since I truly coolered someone (set on set with dryish board, boat on boat, NF vs 2nd NF, AA vs KK or QQ). Live can be that way for a long time. It's completely normal to make big hands and no one else even has a piece nor an interest to bluff. None of this is to take away from Garret, dude is a monster at extracting max value. It's just frustrating to see when all you can usually get is thin value with marginal hands for months on end.

    Really excellent commentary and speaks to the lineups he typically chooses to play in. Dont think Ive ever seen Garrett in Macau. Though some of those LATB lineups were pretty brutal circa 2018
