Interview Questions:
1. Tell me about yourself and your careers
2. Tell me the situation where you and your colleague have different opinions and how did you handle that.
3. Tell me the situation where you have angry customer and you how did you manage that.
4. When and what was your last action when your team member was absent from the job or exceeded his break. And how did you rhandle that.
5. What was the situation where you refused the customer by saying NO WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING FURTHER FOR YOU.
6. Tell me about the situation where you have helped the customer out of the way.
7. When and where did you do something extra for the customer which was not a part of your responsibilities.
8. What are your responsibilities in your current position.
9. Do you have any questions for us?

Hi Wajid! There are no right or wrong answers, and we can't answer these questions for you since we don't know the details of your career to be able to answer those questions.

i had job interview online dhl it was interesting. without see any person who making the interview i got job as supervisor .

@@Voomer Thank you. I am a bad speaker so I am never good at interviews. I pass the aptitude tests but always fail the interviews. I have an Sonru interview for UBS graduate Program in two days and I am really nervous. Thank you for making all the helpful videos.

For Sonru interview do we have to answer till the last second ?
Thanks for your comment! No, you don't need to answer till the last second. You'll usually have two minutes to answer. Try and keep your answer to around one minute - that is enough to answer most questions. If you keep talking until the timer expires, you'll usually end up needlessly stretching out your answer. Hi Tarek! The above questions are an example of questions that we see over and over in Sonru interviews - but of course, there is no guarantee that they will be asked in one particular interview since Sonru serves thousands of companies and many of them add their own custom questions.

Hi John! Unfortunately Sonru will not let you know if you passed or not and why. Only the hiring company will tell you that and usually they won't give you the reasons for passing/failing the interview. Good luck!

Well, I gave Sonru video interview, but the questions you have mentioned here are not even near to what I was asked. I appear for a Senior Software Engineer role and the questions were totally different. I believe the companies ask question based on role. And as far as I have researched, Sonru video interview questions are basically depends on the role you are applying for..
Hi Himanshu - you are right! The actual questions depend a lot on the company and role.
Your experience is unfortunately an outlier, companies usually stick to motivational and behavioral questions for the Sonru interview, which is what we cover in this video.

Hi Asma! Think about what you need to do well with other people inside your company or outside your company. So some key ingredients might be trust, transparency, common goals, etc. What company asked those questions?

Can I answer these questions in Portuguese, that is, can the questions formulated in English be answered in the candidate's native language?
In my case it's portugues Brasil.
Fala Vitor! Some features that depend on speech recognition will not work 100% if you reply in Portuguese. However, most Voomer features will work just fine if you reply using Portuguese (eye contact, lighting, audio quality, background analysis, etc).

it depends, you have to answer the questions in the same language you are applying for.
How long do they take before they give feedback after the interview?

Qatar takes anywhere from a few days to a few months to provide an answer - I would sit tight. Good luck with your application!
