    Never thought about that! Not a bad idea. Ive always had issues with 4/0 plus wires looking perfect. I might try this out

      4/0 aluminum has a one track mind ... where ever its bent it stays! lol glad to share and help.

    Those neutral connections on the bus bar look like hell man 😂😂 the rest looks clean but its hard to get past that

      i know!! that was my first thought, but reusing existing wiring is never clean. just glad it reached! thanks for watching

    @Ipowergenerators! Question for you!
    I got a new transfer switch and I need to swap out an old one. It’s for the same colors as this one here but the new transfer switch has this 00t1 neutral.
    Will the generator still work if I do nothing with this new terminal?

      Yes it will work the same if you do not connect anything to the 00t1 neutral.
      New air cooled units require a neutral for the battery charging circuit (aka t1). If you get a new generator and don’t have enough wires from the ats to the gen, just jump a neutral from the block in the gen.

      @ thank you very much for getting back to me! 2 inspectors and 2 supply houses in my area didn’t know the answer. The last one I installed new was over 2 years ago. So I was at a loss.

      It’s something new Generac rolled out earlier this year. Quick way with limited info.
