18V x 2AH = 36 watts. If the lamp is 9 watts (typical LED 60 watt replacement) than it would be 36/9 = 4 Hours. Minus the inefficiency of converting the power from DC to AC at give or take ~20%. You would be looking at about 3.2 real hours of light on time.
