This just shows once again that Hollywood is some type of "parallel universe", these personalities are only surrounded by enablers who let these things fly. If Bill Murray would live within the Swiss society, where politeness, good manners and punctuality are highly valued, he would have been humbled rather quickly.
@Flaawsometalk Sadly, Bill Murray became incredibly rude in his older years. I am American, a 73-year-old woman. I love so many of his movies, but I know better than to approach a man like him. He's aging badly, is constantly angry, and childishly mean, even to his children.
Ricky Gervaise is one of the very few actors who doesn't think he's above everyone else. The Golden Globes roast he did of the actors and actresses in the room was savage and honest. 😂 Ricky was right. They don't live in the real world, so they are in no position to voice their opinion and lecture us. Best 10 minutes of the G.G ever!
Blake lively was rude to you. I wouldn't have been kind. Can't stand entitled brats. You are fantastic!! I'm sorry you wasted one second of your life being upset about that interview. Two nasty mean girls.
I have never really understood celebrity worship. To me, celebrities are ordinary people who are grossly over compensated for singing, dancing, or acting. I do not begrudge them their obscene amounts of remuneration, but I find deeply repellent the insufferable arrogance, entitlement, and incivility some celebrities exhibit. And when barely famous, minor celebrities, such as Blake Lively, show their authentic ugly selves, I feel vindicated. Blake Lively was not having a bad day, she is just a bullying harridan.
To be honest. I am Kind of tired of Hollywood, movies and celebrities in general. Sometimes I ask myself… who do they think they are? They are normal people that shit, sleep and eat like us “normal” people. Their arrogance and narcissistic behavior turns me off so much. And especially now, that they are all gaslighting their fans about politics…. Their mystery is gone. At least for me. Greetings from Germany 🫶🏻

There is video of Tom Petty hanging out with his friend Garry Shandling and talking about what he does to come down from the high of a live performance. He said he paces around for hours afterwards.
I'm glad you brought up Bill Murray. People who are "in" with him tout his characteristics are being quirky and funny. From everything I've heard he sounds very disrespectful. There was an interview Sofia Coppola did where she brought up her anxiety with getting him to do "Lost in Translation". They didn't know until the rest of the cast was casted and the crew was picked that he would agree to do it. He ignored phone calls, made people wait for hours on end to start shooting. He doesn't sound like a kind person. Jason Statham seems lovely though! :)
Thank you and yeah, there are few stories about him out there. Also some misconduct allegations. I think Vanity Fair had a big story on that a few years ago. Thanks for watching.
Bill Murray is one of those celebrities--along with Jennifer Lopez, Steven Segal, Chevy Chase--who's always mentioned as being rude and unlikable. I now understand why so many celebrity interviews are so boring to watch when you're limited to asking only about the movie.
You know, I just felt embarrassed to even care about Blake Lively, and when I watched you, I thought I wouldn't even care about watching any more of your videos, but honestly, you were just so charismatic and honestly very beautiful, I think she might have felt jealous. To be clear, I saw your video with your boyfriend, so I know you are in a relationship, but these are genuine comments, I literally hate these celeb interviews very much, but something about you and your boyfriend too just drew me in to want to know more and I love the way you tell the story. Keep it up, and I hate you for making me watch celeb interviews, but also, thank you! I like that I can learn about communication from your stories and be entertained.

The way Jane Fonda lit up - it was the perfect answer to a perfect question! Fun coincidence - Elton John was my late aunt's best friend and is godfather to my cousin
Have you ever noticed that celebrities who are considerate, like Dolly Parton, tend to attract the public naturally. Even if you don’t listen country you’ll listen to her (and her type). She’ll answer tough questions with wit, not with sarcasm.
This is amazing … KF should do a class on journalism and talk about the dos and donts of Hollywood. It’s amazing how detached some artists become. Great content ❤
I once saw Elton John throw a complete fit in front of a room full of people, and storm out, screaming at the top of his voice, because he couldn't get his own way over something. A case of, too famous for too long.
Love for the integrity and transparency we get from you!❤ It is so important that people are willing to stand up for theirselves and not being afraid to just say the truth. It is just job that you do and why to be afraid of celebreties who are being entilted for way tooo long... Great work, always interesting stories on your channel, please keep going!❤
Awwwww I love Jane Fonda! I felt the exact same way when watching About Time. The speech Tim's Dad gives at his wedding. "I'd only give one piece of advice to anyone marrying. We're all quite similar in the end. We all get old and tell the same tales too many times. But try and marry someone kind. And this is a kind man with a good heart. I'm not particularly proud of many things in my life, but I am very proud to be the father of my son." I thought, yes! Why did I need to be told this?!
I am so happy you are talking about these situations. Not saying a thing about those attitudes just enable people to continue with them. It is good for everybody to get a reminder of what's is right and what wrong.
I used to be a music journalist for an alternative weekly in Toronto. My worst experience ever was interviewing Tom Jones. He was promoting some dance record that was pretty awful. The interview had to take place in a limousine en route to a suburban mall where he was signing records. He was so distant and blasé even though I was trying my best to ask him good questions. When we finally arrived at the mall, I just wanted to go home, but the record company promotional person insisted that I get an autograph. I feigned enthusiasm and said, ‘Sure. That would be alright.’ I was then asked to join the lineup of seniors waiting to get their records signed. Somewhere there’s a photo of me in the lineup probably wondering to myself if Engelbert Humperdinck would pull this shit. My second worst interview was with Diana Krall. 😅
I'm so glad you are doing this series. Celebrities are not gods. They think they are. You are not "the help", you are doing them a favour. Not the other way around.
I don’t think the title of your video is accurate. With a lot of these celebrities, it’s their PR person, their staff that is setting these arbitrary rules, not the celebrity. Certainly some celebrities themselves are rude, but I didn’t see that in your video. If you’ve ever interviewed Paul McCartney, he is an absolute gem. He answered anything and everything we asked and was humble and funny. When his staff tried to physically haul him away, he said no, he wasn’t finished talking to the journalists and signing autographs. This occurred two times when I was interviewing him for Billboard.
I am enjoying your channel even though I am completely over Hollywood, which leads me to say that you are a very strong person to navigate that world. Would love to see you do interviews with people of substance as you are of substance yourself !
I used to work as an entertainment journalist previously and my first meeting with a big star was brilliant as this actor is. In 2011 Daniel Radcliffe premiered his movie in our city, and I was offered to ask him a few questions in a round table. Wow! My editor sad to forget boring questions about the movie and try to discover something new. English isn’t my native language, I was a 19 years old humble student and guess my first provocative question to Daniel 😂 “Daniel, you’re the most highly paid actor in Britain, which groups of people do you want to support ?” He was surprised, but in a good way and sincerely told us what he cared about that time) I saw that my question was unexpected and could be a little confusing or rude, but thank him and his agent to not stop me)
People don't really care about celebrities anymore. People are not really going to movies anymore either. This whole industry will collapse in the next decade
I agree. They are (with a few honourable exceptions) overpaid, arrogant, and under educated people who are here to entertain us, not to enlighten us. It isn't entirely their own fault: the system of publicity is what has made them into demi-gods, but as more and more ugly stories come out , more and more people are waking up to the corruption and vileness that underpins the whole industry.
I love how you’re shedding light on how rude so many celebrities are. Common courtesy and respect just go away once people get a little fame and some money.
I’m disappointed with the Elton clip as I love him. I know he can be very catty but I hate seeing him be downright rude to you. I adore Jane Fonda. She’s intelligent and genuine.
Me too Janet, but in all fairness, he wasn't the one that said he was only going to talk about the movie...it was a handler (maybe his husband David Furnish) off camera telling her to keep questions focused on the movie.
I can imagine it is difficult to do interviews-for actors and journalists. The setting is professional for both actors and interviewers, but you want it to appear casual and friendly. Celebrities are critiqued so harshly for everything they say which means they want to ensure the topics they are asked they feel comfortable presenting. I have seen journalists asking uncomfortable questions to get a shocking interview. Now we are seeing how actors who become famous may feel the power has shifted and they can make demands of the interview. Mutual respect and an understanding of the goals of each party would go a long way. It seems very challenging!
You’re an excellent journalist. Don’t let anyone, celebrities or otherwise, disrespect or treat you “less than”…as you said, publicity is a huge part of showbiz. These people need to get over themselves. Having to answer similar questions for a day while ensconced in a deluxe hotel suite…those poor souls! 🙄
I loved the clip your shared of Jane Fonda from one of your interviews. It was a great reminder of how generously open and present she can be in interviews and conversations.
You are a wonderful interviewer. But, this critique cuts both ways. I have been interviewed by journalists who were down right mean. Again, you are wonderful.
Omg Kjersti , Elton John… I’m disgusted…he looks like he’s being asked to go down a coal mine for a double shift, you were being so lovely to him, doing your job, seriously these people their massive egos are just off the scale❤
Hi Kjersti! I like hearing you tell your stories.. I’m a nurse by profession but I always say I should have been a hollywood reporter coz I’ve always been fascinated by celebrities ever since I was young. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much, and you should be grateful that you did choose to become a nurse instead. You have a really important job. You should be put on a pedestal.
"if you don't want to, you don't have to". Best quote. Can't stand an egomaniac bratty celebrity -- if you don't like your industry, leave. None of us can do our jobs completely on our own terms.
thank you so much! I am so happy somene is finally calling out how privileged these celebs are and how they always play the victim card when most of them only work like 7 months a year and make in one interview the salary a person makes in a year or two
I witnessed first hand a Jason Statham situation and it was so uncomfortable for everyone! The celebrity I was with was so lovely and was genuinely laughing about what was happening but his handlers (given for that day, not hand-picked by said celebrity) were not happy and complained. To anyone on the receiving end of the complaint, it would appear that it was, in fact, the celebrity doing the complaining. I had nothing to do with that particular situation, just a spectator to it and immediately knew how it looked. I felt horrible for him because he was truly a nice person and visibly went out of his way to NOT be difficult. All the way around, I would not wish to switch places with any famous person and their public life.
@@owie4070 yes, that was exactly the case with the celebrity I was with. He had virtually no control over the handlers and even if he did, I suspect that he would’ve continued to try and not complain. I can also see how a celebrity with a tendency to be nasty would be further enabled by this kind of environment.
When you say handler for the day, were you at a convention or something like that? If not then you can ignore the rest of my reply haha, but if you were, then I can probably give a little insight. At conventions, the handlers are usually volunteers for the convention (at least this is how it works in Australia). Having volunteered at conventions before, they do take into account your skills/experiences when assigning which area to put you in, but you don't necessarily need specific training or experience. I don't know exactly how it works for the volunteers that handle the celebs, but I do know it's their job to make sure that the celeb is on schedule, and doesn't get crowded; even if the celeb themselves seems okay with it, it's the handler's job to be "the bad guy", so to speak, bc they know the celeb is literally too nice for their own good. They can come off as rude (and sometimes they are), but a lot of the time they're just being direct/blunt bc they're exhausted and trying to do their job. When I volunteered, I was exhibitor services, which is sort of a combination of looking after stalls on the main floor, and making sure the floor is safe. Part of that would mean rushing to help control crowds and organise a line around the celebs who chose to do impromptu signings/photos bc otherwise it's a saftey hazard for everyone. That said, while we helped keep things organised/safe, it was the handler who controlled how long the celeb could stay. Usually the cut-offs were to maintain schedule, but if they were a more popular celeb, sometimes it was pre-emptively to make sure it didn't get out of hand. In this case, the cut-off would be different depending on the handlers experience and comfort in crowd control. From personal experience here, sometimes people are so focused on what they want in the moment, that they wouldn't realise we were trying to make sure everyone was safe, they just kinda saw us as standing between them and the thing they wanted and didn't respond well. While personally, I don't believe that warrants being snappy or actively rude back, I can say that after 3 days of working 12 hours straight, most of which is on your feet (not even kidding, I was doing 20km/day), you just don't have the energy to be anything other than direct.
@@kitsuun. no, not a convention. This was an event where a very small gathering of people, mostly in the business in some way or another, had extreme hands on access to this celebrity. The situation was concerning the wait staff in a restaurant. It was an honest misunderstanding, but you would’ve thought by the handlers that this celebrity were undergoing surgery and had a wrong organ removed LOL. He could not have cared less.
You are a beautiful person inside and out, and if I were a celebrity, i would ask for you all the time! I would be on your the "most authentic and kind" list!
Some of these celebrities are so unbelievably entitled, rude and shallow. Fortunately, I have met several who are wonderful. Love to hear that Jane Fonda is likable in person. What she says is so true, a kind man who cherishes you is what's important!
While I dont agree with celebrities being rude and agree that they should be definitely respectful to journalists: Even celebrities should not be completely dehumanized and should be allowed to have a choice whether they want to talk about something or not. Otherwise it'd end up being dictatorship from the side of the press. Respect goes both ways. There should be boundaries on both sides. I believe in honest and respectful communication and coming to a compromise that both sides are ok with. Also, it's not always up to you to decide what is personal questions or not. That's my take on that.
I’m glad I found your channel and I didn’t realize you visited Toronto that frequently. Hopefully one day I will meet you just to say friendly hello. Have you ever been told to never ask of the makeup used on the female actress? Sometimes in a popular movie, we noticed great makeup used in a movie and hope to copy the look. It is a bonus if the actress have similar hair and skin colour. Also, I’ve always loved and envied Angelina Jolie’s lips. I wish I could get every single lip combination so I can try to copy it. Even from Angelina’s personal lip combinations of makeup. Are the actresses annoyed or can’t remember because the makeup artists created all the makeup looks?
Even if Hopkins is on the spectrum, it's not an excuse to be rude and unprofessional. I'm saying this as a mom of an autistic son. Kindness and autism are not mutually exclusive!
For transparency's sake, it should be noted that Anthony Hopkins is autistic. Neurodivergent people do not always react in the expected way, and they typically mask during social interactions. The junket system is like a huge amount of forced social interactions, condensed over a very short amount of time, stressful enough for neurotypical celebrities. Imagine that stress magnified x10, that incrementally increases with each possible repetition of the same questions. What can they do? They either leave to protect themselves or they stay ,and either push through and melt down once they leave, or worse, during an interview. People forget that, in a society where neurodivergent people exist in all walks of life, there are going to be celebs who are privately diagnosed with adhd, autism, bpd, bipolar or a combo of several, for whom, this part of their job is something they find an actual living nightmare. With that said, I know some actors actually appreciate it when you switch the questions up ( even if their pr person is giving you daggers)
Someone else just told me this. I had no idea that he was autistic. I wish they would have told us. That changes things, for sure. Thank you for sharing. I will mention this in my upcoming video.
There's that old saying about don't meet your heroes. I'm a huge Elton fan and to his credit here, it wasn't so much him shutting your question down but someone off camera (was it his manager and husband David Furnish?) On a related note, his longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin treated many fans poorly when he did book signings last year promoting his snooze-inducing autobiography Scattershot. He refused to sign anything in one of the cities on the tour other than his book and didn't want to take photos with anybody. One of my friends and fellow Elton fans, who is an extremely talented artist, went to see him and he was rude not only to her but her husband. Her husband started to slide his copy of the book towards him to sign and Bernie admonished him, saying "Don't do that, it'll ruin the tablecloth." She was also hoping to give him a piece of her artwork that depicts Elton and him; he wouldn't even look at it. Sorry, but he's a first-class pr*ck. But he is a different story when you visit one of his art shows, because it's a chance for him to sell something. And really comes across as a misogynist in his book. Ugh.
"it was my turn to interview him." That sort of shocked me since I am a data analyst. I assumed you were the only one for a day. I would be so stressed if I had to sit through these sort of interviews back to back!
I've never understood the cult of celebrity, if I saw a celebrity I wouldn't go anywhere near them, I've no interest in anything about them , they pull their trousers on one leg at a time the same as us, a rock star lives in my town and walks around it all the time an hes left alone, my daughter took a selfie with him and said he was quite shy and lovely , when i see him i smile at him and he smiles back.
So glad to know Jane Fonda is as kind & genuine as she comes across. I'm also glad i found your channel Kjersti. You are doing a great thing here, telling the truth through your life's work. I love it!🫶
Thank you for your honesty & sharing! Clearly you have a passion for journalism as it’s not an easy profession or for the faint of heart. I’m shocked Elton didn’t defend & answer your question as it was a good one you clearly put thought into. Sadly, it appears his bar is set higher for his music than for interviews. Shame on him.
No one should be allowed to be nasty or disrespectful to another human being. Period. Ethics are ethics and morals are morals. No human is less valuable or less human… money should not make someone immune or more valued
Oh and before I forget, I don't believe it would have made a difference if you'd have said, pregnancy or baby, instead of bump. She always tries to hide her pregnancies and even the birth, sex of the baby etc. I don't know if she's embarrassed by it or what but my thought is she shouldn't go out in public when she's in that condition, if she's going to be so nasty. Also all the cra p she's giving Justin Baldoni too.
1:33 forty journalists were waiting to speak to Bill Murray? Forty interviews? Wow. That’s a lot of interviews. Even if it’s just 10 interviews that’s still too much in one day. No wonder celebrities are jerks during these forced interviews! I’d be a jerk too! That’s overkill! I used to talk all day for a living and by the 3rd hour, you’re toast. I don’t blame him for looking for the exits.
One should be kind to the help, drivers, security, everyone they come in contact with. When a celebrity is helped out of their limo or security opens a door for them, I always look to see if they acknowledge that person and say thank you. I’m really big on please and thank you.
This is more about assistants playing gatekeeper to celebrities during junkets. They kind of are “running the show” so it can give them a big ego but they’re still only assistants fetching coffee and running errands 24/7 until they don’t answer the boss at 3AM and find themselves terminated….and believe me, they are more than happy moving on from the circus, not always getting paid, paying out of pocket, and being belittled and humiliated.
Years ago my daughter as a cinema journalist needed an interview with Harrison Ford, she called him from Italy and he was very short and rude. She was so surprised 🤷🏻♀️
Portuguese woman here. You remind us of our veteran TV host and journalist Júlio Isidro, he also interviewed a lot of famous actors ir celebrities and indeed the most entitled ones (and rudest to the press) are the less talented, yet more protected by the studios and granted a huge PR/marketing strategy. The studios do not like professionalism on an interviewer, only someone who gushes over a celebrity and promote bordeline censorship. All for corporate profit. It is sad.
I have some Nordic acquaintances and like how they are direct. They don’t worry too much what other people think and stick to their values. You seem like that, too 😊
My hair stylist used to be a celebrity stylist, and when I asked her one day who is meanest celebrity she has ever met, she said 'Elton John' without hesitation
I love the bit with Jane Fonda. That lady’s an example of a relatable celebrity. And isn’t that what we want out of an interaction with a fellow human being? When I watch a good interview, I tend to be reminded that we’re delightfully different, but reassuringly similar. When you see yourself in someone you admire, it inspires you to think you can cultivate those characteristics within yourself. I understand people have bad days, because we all do, but even when I’m having a bad day and I do something I regret, I at least apologize for it as soon as I can and continue treating people with respect. No matter who you are, it’s your responsibility to treat others with respect and manage your ego as best as you can.

Honestly, I love that you are viewing the actors as people and not only as a person who was in a movie. And they also seem to really like you questions and that you don't just ask questions about the movie! I do find your questions more interesting because with these questions you get to know more about the person behind the actor. Your questions are so interesting! Keep doing that!

The big misconception with Jennifer Lopez is that she’s an extrovert. She’s not.

Ha ha, this is such lovely feedback. Thank you so much. I am very happy (and flattered) to hear that you enjoy watching my videos. Please come back for more!!

That's so true. I never had the pleasure of meeting her.
Dolly is a QUEEN
Before the internet, they were cool and mysterious. Now we know too much about them
So true.
Thanks for being a Truth teller ❤

Having Elton Johns in front of you and talking about fucking gnomes is crazy to me 😂
That's pretty bizarre 🙀
I'm glad you're sharing these stories-it's refreshing to hear the other side of interviews, since we usually only hear about bad interviewers.
Thank you so much.
This is amazing … KF should do a class on journalism and talk about the dos and donts of Hollywood. It’s amazing how detached some artists become. Great content ❤
I was actually thinking to do that a few years back. I even recorded several sessions. Maybe I will share some of them here.
I once saw Elton John throw a complete fit in front of a room full of people, and storm out, screaming at the top of his voice, because he couldn't get his own way over something. A case of, too famous for too long.
Elton seemed like an arse too... the way he grunted in agreement when they said you HAD to ask about the movie.. ugh.
I know. Very disappointing.
Wow! This is a refreshing information! I’m glad that Jane Fonda is a cool as I thought she was, I can listen to her talking for hours.
I know. She is the best!!
I know! I’m so relieved lol. When you brought her up I was thinking you were going to say she wasn’t nice and I love her so, whew! 😅
Thank you so much for this encouragement. Really appreciate it.
I'm not particularly proud of many things in my life, but I am very proud to be the father of my son."
I thought, yes! Why did I need to be told this?!
money leads people to believe their worth is more than it is
Elton John seems like a real jerk! Sad to see that.
Yeah, I know. Me too
He sings sad songs but saying sorry seems to be hardest word to say.
Well I don't know if that's fair to say. Elton John didn't even have a chance to answer her question; he was interrupted by the PR guy.
That bitchy queen is known for being rude
@@jaysterling26 lol
I am so happy you are talking about these situations. Not saying a thing about those attitudes just enable people to continue with them. It is good for everybody to get a reminder of what's is right and what wrong.
Thank you for saying that 🙏🏻
I used to be a music journalist for an alternative weekly in Toronto. 😅
Ha ha that sounds awful. Thank you for sharing.
Tom Jones doesn’t really surprise me and as much as I like Diana Krall’s music, I can see that she often looks aloof and cold, like can’t be bothered.
Its nice to be important but important to be nice!!
Krall was the worst concert experience I ever had. Arrived and started late, left early, basically ignored the audience.
I'm so glad you are doing this series. Celebrities are not gods. They think they are. You are not "the help", you are doing them a favour. Not the other way around.
Thank you!!
I have met so many lovely people over the years. I will talk about those ones too.
I am enjoying your channel even though I am completely over Hollywood, which leads me to say that you are a very strong person to navigate that world. Would love to see you do interviews with people of substance as you are of substance yourself !
Thank you. I will be working towards that. 🙏🏻
So glad I've found this channel. It's cool to have a European perspective on Hollywood too!! Hugs from London ❤❤❤
Yes. And thank you. I think we have a little different perspective for sure.
Thank goodness Jane Fonda is awesome in real life 🙏
Yes!! 💗💗👏
I have met her before she is nice and looks amazing
I used to work as an entertainment journalist previously and my first meeting with a big star was brilliant as this actor is. In 2011 Daniel Radcliffe premiered his movie in our city, and I was offered to ask him a few questions in a round table. Wow! My editor sad to forget boring questions about the movie and try to discover something new. English isn’t my native language, I was a 19 years old humble student and guess my first provocative question to Daniel 😂 “Daniel, you’re the most highly paid actor in Britain, which groups of people do you want to support ?” He was surprised, but in a good way and sincerely told us what he cared about that time) I saw that my question was unexpected and could be a little confusing or rude, but thank him and his agent to not stop me)
Awww, that's sweet
@@Flaawsometalk Daniel Radcliffe seems like a gem Kjersti, pls do tell if you ever met him!
People don't really care about celebrities anymore. People are not really going to movies anymore either. This whole industry will collapse in the next decade
👍👏
Hollywood is down 60% in business.
Yes bcs movies are not good anymore!
I love how you’re shedding light on how rude so many celebrities are. Common courtesy and respect just go away once people get a little fame and some money.
Thank you!
I’m disappointed with the Elton clip as I love him. I know he can be very catty but I hate seeing him be downright rude to you.
I adore Jane Fonda. She’s intelligent and genuine.
I know, me too. I was so excited to meet him and then ... Jane Fonda is the BEST!
Me too Janet, but in all fairness, he wasn't the one that said he was only going to talk about the movie...it was a handler (maybe his husband David Furnish) off camera telling her to keep questions focused on the movie.
@@PositivelyPambut Elton agreed with the handler.
Yeah, I totally agree with you.
Yeah, I totally agree with and you thank you!!
I loved the clip your shared of Jane Fonda from one of your interviews. It was a great reminder of how generously open and present she can be in interviews and conversations.
Thank you
Celebrities are essential. Without them we would not know who to vote for.
😂😂
Hahahahah
Your question to Elton John was so intelligent! I would have really liked to have heard the answer!
Thank you, and yes - me too
You are a wonderful interviewer. But, this critique cuts both ways. I have been interviewed by journalists who were down right mean. Again, you are wonderful.
I agree with you. I have met so many rude journalists. I think there are good and bad apples on both side for sure. Sorry about your bad experience.
Agreed. Some interviewers are looking for that “gotcha” moment they can sell. They don’t care if they hurt or offend.
I appreciate that. I'd much rather hear about the person than the film.
I love watching your content. You're a breath of fresh air.

Omg Kjersti , Elton John… I’m disgusted…he looks like he’s being asked to go down a coal mine for a double shift, you were being so lovely to him, doing your job, seriously these people their massive egos are just off the scale❤

I love your honesty and people being rude is just not right. I don't understand why people can't be kind. 💜
I have seen similar things happen too. Sometimes the people around the celebrities are the worst!!
I was looking for a comment mentioning Statham. He came across as pleasant here, but his people seemed to be the issue. Just my interpretation.

Thank you and I totally agree with you
Many ‘journalists’ are horribly rude. I don’t think actors should be required to deal with so much abuse. Yes, a lot of actors are jerks too.
I agree with you and the thing is, if a celebrity doesn’t want to answer a question they can just say so. In a respectful way 💗
@@Flaawsometalk absolutely! There's never need to be rude and to treat journalists like some second class citizens. It just shows the entitlement
Thanks Kjersti. May the arts of good manners & great conversation thrive everywhere 🥰❤🙏
Their level of unprofessionalism is effing crazy 😡😡😡😡 try doing that at your job, with your boss!
It’s really cool that you share all that stuff. Are you afraid - as you said your colleagues would be - that your openness has repercussions for you?
Yes, of course, but I do believe that transparency in this industry is long overdue. I'll take my chances. Thank you for watching.
I would love to sneak in and pretend to be a journalist. I would be thrown out after the first question but it would be worth it.
I love it!🫶
So happy to hear that, thank you!! And yes, Jane Fonda is queen!!!

I completely agree.
Hi, regarding money...Johnny Depp has said many times what he learned from a friend or so:"Money and fame doesn`t change you,it re`veales you!"
Journalists can win if they don’t go along with what the studios demand. The actors need the journalists but pretend that they don’t.
Yes, well said

Ha ha thank you!
Man Jane is spot on
1:33 forty journalists were waiting to speak to Bill Murray?
Jane Fonda sounds like a really interesting person to interview.
Wow, that's so sad, but unfortunately true.
I heard that Bill Murray is not a nice guy....
Years ago my daughter as a cinema journalist needed an interview with Harrison Ford, she called him from Italy and he was very short and rude. She was so surprised 🤷🏻♀️
That doesn’t really surprise me, he seems like a very private person. he doesn’t do a lot of press, probably only with the insistence of his people.
