    Hi 👋
A Friendly Tip when Marinating Poultry,, Meats, Fish etc... Mix the Spices, Ginger and Garlic into the Yogurt first, then add the Chicken. It makes things easier to mix and evenly coat!😊

@Kaitlyn Sullivan, You are absolutely 100% right! The others can look it up. It doesn't matter if it's being re-cooked. It now contaminated her entire dish by not completely washing that bowl with soap and water before adding the cooked chicken.

For those looking to make this vegetarian like Amy said- in India a lot of the population is vegetarian and they substitute some meat/chicken dishes with Paneer which is like a cottage cheese type ingredient. You should be able to get it from a normal supermarket or Indian store. You can use the same ingredients as the sauce as you would for the chicken - maybe a bit less garam masala. Another vegetarian option is cauliflower - you can also fry it before you add it to the sauce. Hope that helps for any vegetarians :)

Watching you Amy is so entertaining! It is fun to see you maneuver around your prep and cook space. You've got all the utensils ready to make it easy for every step of the recipe. What I get amused by is when you "eyeball" ingredients and spices. You'll say a half teaspoon, which I anticipate to be a tiny amount, but you dump much more in the bowl. Same with the cup of greek yogurt. It looked to me like a whole bunch more! I laugh because it probably turns out better than if you measured precisely as the written directions say. Wish I could be so relaxed and comfortable with cooking like you are. All your videos make it seem like us viewers are best friends with you and sharing time together with you. So fun!!! I'm learning many new kitchen techniques by following you.

Who would have thought, after years in front of a camera, I do it on my own and it feels brand new. yes, it took me awhile to feel comfortable doing a lot of different things myself - cooking, the video, photos etc... and I'm appreciate the fantastic person I have helping me edit the video

So enjoy your Utube cooking channel! You always make it so interesting with your commentary and special guests of family and friends. I haven’t made a curry dish in years - so this is an encouraging recipe to try. Cheers! 🇨🇦
