@@DooWopManiac23 I talked with her throughout high school from 1975 until we graduated in 1978. Only I never knew she was Del Shannon’s daughter. Her last name was Shannon, but so were other kids. It wasn’t until our 10 year high school reunion that I found out. I was talking with her and somehow we got on the subject of oldies but goodies music. And then she told me about her father. I couldn’t believe she never told me before. I have all his records.
Wow, that sounds more like Del Shannon that Del Shannon. The musitron , Baritone sax, the beat......it's exactly like a brand new Del hit. It would probably sound cool if you could hear in on AM radio like back in the day. I remember CKLW, "The Big 8" in Detroit/Windsor back in the 60s- early 70s. "This Dave Shaefer on the Big 8 and that was Del Cannon's brand new release guys and girls.....gimme a call on the request hot line is you have a song burnin a hole in your brain and I'll slap it on the ole turntable and make you a happy listener". " Outside it's 85 warm degrees in the Motor city and coming at you now is that rowdy, rockin instrumental by the Ventures, Walk dont run....crank it up guys and gals, let those neighbors know The Big 8 is king in the motor city". Man, I miss those cool, high energy DJs back then. Truckin Teddy bear Richards, Scott Regan, Tom Shannon, Byron Mac Greggor, Grand Hudson and 20/20 news with the old teletype sound clattering in the background. Then by the mid 70s, it was almost gone and everything moved to FM.
This is the most real one I’ve heard yet and Del is on my cloud of legends along with Elvis and Dion. This is amazing and really makes you think what if
@@DooWopManiac23Enjoy it? I love it! I'm listening to it right now, this is my 3rd time. It just finished as I was typing so I'm about to take another listen making it the 4th time.
Now yal can tell this is easy .They change Del Shannon's name and rigged his song runaway witch it sounds quite similar. And lied and say it was two years back.

Fantastic
May I suggest Elvis Presley singing “Rock around The Clock”
Could you try to make a song inspired on "Paul Anka - Diana"? Or "The Volumes - I Love You"...... Great work!!!
I LOVE AI
Very clever and a great tune😊
Del Cannon was great. My mother was in love with him, although my dad wasn`t so happy about that.

They are all good but this one does not compare to Del Shannon or Freddy Cannon. The instruments are great and so is the picture. 1.74K subs already
That del Shannon lol I ❤ this music and I’m 37
This sounds similar to Del's song "Runaway".
