Tonex One Pedal Volume Knob Not Working (RESOLVED)

I ordered a Tonex One directly from IK Multimedia. I recently noticed the volume knob does not seem to be working. It was in "safe" mode which I entered by pressing "Hold ALT for 3 seconds". Holding it again for 3 seconds fixed the problem.

It was in "safe" mode which I accidently entered by pressing "Hold ALT for 3 seconds". Pressing "Hold ALT for 3 seconds" again fixed the problem.

I can see that you are in safe mode. The lights are blinking when you are turning knobs. That's mean you're in the safe mode. So you have to press the ALT button for 3 seconds (it blink slowly two times) and than release the press ALT button and then you are out of the safety mode.

It is too easy to enter safe mode. Not sure why it is 3 seconds and config is 6 seconds. The other way around seems more logical.
