guys help i dont understand how can hepatitis cause a massive amount of conjugated bilirubin, cuz if theres hepatitis wouldnt that mean that the liver function should dec and we'd get less bilirubin ?

Yes, almost absent! In cases of obstructive jaundice (assuming very severe or complete obstruction), we expect bilirubin in the urine, but not urobilinogen.
