Audio balancing in this episode was way worse than your usual videos. Please fix. All I could hear was the background music.
I wondered if it was just me. Fun gameplay video ; background music too loud.
I've had my eye on this for a while and picked it up in a bundle recently. Haven't had time to play it so its great to see fresh gameplay and from a youtuber I follow for them and not a random person I'm only watching for the game.
What bundle if you don't mind my asking?
For an island with constant volcanic eruptions, there sure are a lot of mature trees there =P

It’s Wanders music, near the beginning he talks bout how the game sounds are too loud and so he turns the master volume down and puts on his own music. 2:55
Clangers is Starwars, it’s what the clones call the droids.
This one seems pretty fast-paced for a crafting survival game - I like it.
I'd be up for a few more episodes of this.

I just remember that in the dev logs the devs use inkcarnate to show map ideas. Didn’t know it changed this much

He IS inside a giant metal suit.
True but steel melts at like 200c higher then the temperature of lava. Still the suit must be freaking hot on the outside

I've enjoyed this game when they finally got it up to a point with an End game. Now they're expanding the gameplay more? Wow. And here I thought this game was already finished.
The game came out with a reachable end goal, it always had it. And it's still in Early access, so it's far from finished :)

I just picked Volcanoids up and enjoyed this lets play! I do wish you had links to the next part in the description, RUclips seems somewhat intent on burying it.

This game was absolute trash. Getting real tired of game developers claiming their game is open world, only to realize they are changing the definition of open world to sell their product. Open world is which players move freely within a virtual environment and may choose how to achieve objectives with relative autonomy.
The game is literally linear where a player is free to move around the path. Which is not the definition of open world. I can only achieve progress following exactly how the games wants me to achieve it. I cannot cross water, in fact, water is poison. Which makes very little sense. Then getting trapped in a gorge moving to a new zone, only really destroys the open world experience.
