  • This video is to support you to best to care for yourself and others who may be bereaved or impacted by suicide.
Grief is a normal response to the death of someone we love and value. Grief is unique to each person, and experienced and expressed differently by everyone.
The impact of suicide can be complex and complicated, and there may be a range of emotions (which may include anger, sadness, fear or guilt). There may also be unanswered questions, and feelings to be processed.
It is important to care for and be kind to yourself. Only do what feels right for you, there is no right or wrong way to feel.
If you have someone that you can reach out to, please reach out to them or if you prefer to speak to someone else we’ll give you some options.
Also, others around you, also impacted, may be struggling. Please understand that everyone grieves differently, and everyone may have different needs and ways of coping.
