I think the strangest thing that has ever happened to me while racing is my seat cover blew off. Not the seat. Just the cover! I must have had a lose bolt or something that bounced my seat up and the staples fell out.
Just a word of advice, I’m would try not run that short capped off gas tank vent tube. That vent tube is so when the tank expands it has a someone to vent n capping it off doesn’t allow that and can make it run not as well as it could
