I was working for Motorhead on this tour! i played keyboards (yes, keyboards!) on the song Love Me Forever. there is a good video of that from Irvine Meadows on RUclips. great tour, Great album (1916) Motorhead were on fire. Priest Too. one of their best albums. Scott Travis first tour i think? good times....check my youtube channel....
why can we got get proper release of the whole shows. The 1991 tour with alice was awesome, wish we had more than just this to watch. (also, metal church are one of the most underrated bands ever! mike howe is awesome!)
Wow... what a great time for R&R it was in 1991 - Coop's Stoopid Album, Motörhead's 1996, Priest's Painkiller, Metal Church's Human Factor, Mindfunk's Video Debut for Sister Blue... and look at the News report after HBB: Axl's writing songs with West Arkeen (has to be: UYI's The Garden & Yesterdays) - Unbelievable stuff !
Wow I had no idea that this was a real tour I had the VHS tape the intro to painkiller was phenomenal hope to see that released on a DVD Blu-ray someday
I had the cassette and still remember most of the songs on it. I'm starting to think of this as a Mandela Effect situation cause It almost doesn't exist anymore.
@@noelgonzalez7390 i saw it in DC and I agree! And they performed great! I mean they all did of course I was in my early teens in 91 And I still think back to that, and hate that people can just really suck! Glad to know they were better received there! Hopefully DC was an isolated incidents
Of course the only thing I found had to be ruined by that poser Riki Rackman. That's why no music was played in this video.I saw this show in Detroit and it was incredible. Alice had an incredible performance with a stage show to match. One of the main reasons I went to see it was to give Judas Priest a chance to redeem themselves after that horrible Turbo album. They were promoting their Painkiller album then and they earned my respect back. What is there to say about Motorhead. They're Motorhead. Enough said
Miserable? I don't follow Priest that heavily so haven't read Rob's book, but I sure follow Motorhead damn close, and I can't remember Lemmy saying anything negative about it (from memory of what I've read)
@@BrucieMagik it had to do with Alice vs Priest. Amazing book, you should check it out! Motorhead wasn’t mentioned as being a problem. Rob only says great thing about ol Lem. But yeah apparently that tour was a nightmare both due to fighting amongst Alice, as well as the band fighting among themselves. Rob took a break from the band shortly after this tour
We went out and played hacky sack during dangerous toys.
best show i ever saw....World Music Theater
I saw this show a couple days later in Sacramento. It was Outfuckingstanding.
I saw this tour in Nashville at Starwood Amphitheatre!
One of the few shows I remember from those days lol
I was at this show and they handed out cassette tapes as we were leaving...AIC was on there.
I was there as well. I had never heard Alice In Chains until that cassette!!

Watching this after reading about how miserable this tour was in Rob’s book is so fascinating

@@Mortuary_Gaming Holy shit, never realised there was issues with Alice and priest. Yeah I might well give it a read actually.
