I have the 72100 controller, 5k hub motor and a 72v 20a battery setup on a 26in fat tire mountain bike. Getting 49 mph max and about 40 miles range atm. Soon to be swapping that batt out for a 72v 60a triangle and will give some of these settings a go 👍
I have a new battery now, 72v 60ah 80a bms and I'm using a mix of these settings and ebikeguys settings. Just hit 56mph with flux weaken off and it felt like it had more in it. Bikes a blast to ride now and range seems okay I got 40 miles and had 50 percent battery left.
That's a nice looking bike. I love that seat. How fast can you pedal that thing before the motor overtakes you. Is that bike really heavy and really tall? Thanks
Great vid CCW, had my bomber bout a month, I'm trying to figure out how to get the most torque outta a 2.5t qs273, i messed up, should've got the 3.5 or 5t😢
@@sahilsharma1985 sluggish off the line, then takes off at about 15mph and shoots up to 65. It's a lot of fun but wish it had more low end torque. I think I'm going to start a new build with a 4t qs205 and nucular controller and sell the bike i have.

Back then I was using an NB power pack with Panasonic cells 40ah I was at least getting 60 miles or better I never ran out of range on a ride so I don't know the full as it was more than I wanted to ride lol

@mad151maxx I hear that well most of them don't get no where near 70 out the box without some help so I can tell you that's probably not the case. 60 may be doable on what they come with and that's if you got all the best options and I mean that's doing great if you get they're. I wish I had better control then just letting the throttle off I came into a turn on a wet service let off the throttle an it was like I was on ice an my bike shot out from under me Ive tried connecting another throttle so I I had throttle control braking but aint working
Not when it comes to anything as far as power I honestly can’t even recall if I discussed anything other than that in this video it’s kinda old obviously you aren’t gonna be able to st them at the same level however from what your tell on me for your controller and battery . Even tho your pack has 60 amp BMS you should be able to max those 80amp settings out on that 60 amps, I doubt it trips it now if you use field weakening if you going for more top speed I’d set dc line amps to 50 field weakening 10-15 amps

I'm mostly wanting it for the regen braking settings and the e-brake amps. Are those safe to set around the same? And thanks for answering man - I really appreciate it

thats what I have on my new build a variable ebrake. ebrake and regen are two different things yes regen is when you get off the throttle and should be very mild ebrake is much stronger and on this original build my ebrake was only one setting all the time and engaged when i hit my brakes thru the low brake input. My new build i have variable pressure and that came with my GLE integration kit but you can make one with a thumb throttle but you need to come up with your own solution for how much percentage of brake is applied it certainly makes much better braking if you see any of my new videos i talk about how dope that is i dont use my manual brakes hardly ever!

Only if you have speed limit on do the low medium high and internal speed selection settings actually work. once you put that first speed selection on no limit its no limit, the rest of them are negated. Now if your using the low medium high switch and you want those stages to work you turn that first one on then you can set them all. I said what I have my bike set at, well that bike i dont have it anymore and i didnt use 3speed My bike was High all the time so when i was showing my selections as I said thats where it had been left but yeah Bro I tested everything on that controller Lmao . Trust me that bike ended up going 76mph on 96v didnt get there no where near as fast as this one but topped out at that. So yeah i think mine said internal speed was 44% lol clearly it was not

if battery is fully charged and you pull the ebrake or regeneration the ebrakes wont work and controller protect message comes up on display. I have been looking for a way for regeneration to kick in at 98% of the battery but have not found how to do this

Also, It might be a little sluggish because i weigh about 240lbs. I usually pedal a few times to start just to save the battery.

So I can't get the bluetooth to connect to the motor (can't set up bluetooth) because no instruction or brand name HELP
Do you have the dongle inserted? Gotta ask? Then you also need to unplug that second connector on the display harness

Internal speed should be 100% to be full motor power. I did 33 66 100.

Why doesnt it save on mine?
When you set the parameters you have to touch the lil floppy disc icon up in the corner to save them
What is boost/3 speed switch 3 gear
There's a low med high switch you can add then you can set up the pwr levels for each.
