Any idea how to wire the key (on/off functionality) to the ignition switch? I have seen one way but mine is currently wired to turn on my lights and activate my horn?
This controller is so powerful! I purchased the 80a version for my 1500 W hub motor and I’m currently running 45 A. The torque is literally twice as much as my stock controller that came with the kit. It is so worth the money!
I have a sabvoton 150amp and it ran good first time but I thought it burned up both hall sensor because it is reading hall error i hook the original controller back up and it worked fine why do you think the other controller is reading hall error the wheel tried to turn slowly when doing the hall test then stop and would do nothing
do i just directly connect the phase ring connectors from the motor straight onto the terminal ports on the controller? My kit did not come with a terminal junction and no phase wires on the controller.
@@ВиталийКулабухов-й3ж yeah. Not without looking inside which i have no time for. The sabbies i use are none display version and they already come with 6 wires on hall plug. I would also assume that your sofware would not support the temp sensor but not 100% sure.

My (sabvaton 72150(m) controller came without anti-theft plugs. I would like to know if I can use any other wire in its place? I know the Orange (e-lock) connects to key lock voltage side, Brown (mtr signal) to blue phase wire, but not sure where to connect the Blue (anti-theft wire) my controller doesn’t have that wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I bought an alarm with ebrake lock for this controller but the connectors are different I don’t mind changing the connectors but I need to know the wiring color connections. The alarm came with two plugs one plug two wires red and black the other plug three wires orange gray and blue can you help, which colors to connect? Thx.

How's it going.. I have a 72/150A controller with the TFT750 display running a 5000W Risun motor.. When I turn the throttle, it goes one speed until half throttle then goes a higher speed, and stays that speed from mid to full throttle.. How do I set it up so the speed increases gradually as I twist the throttle a bit at a time? I am using the android app on my phone to access the parameters menu.. Thanks..
What you are talking about is flux weaken and that cant be adjusted. You can increase or decrease the flux but it always work the same. Once it is launched at half throttle it goes all the way.
Hi monster bikes UK, I have changed my controller because the old one stopped working, now I get a error (protect contoller) sometimes and losses the throttle, then when I switch it off and then back, its perfectly fine, can you please guide me on what to do next

Hey. It is used for diagnostic tool or i use it with my ant bms display. It is hooked up to the display to show the speed. Otherwise you dont need to plug it in.
Hello, I had a sabvoton svmc 72100 and it came with one plug that has both brake disconnects, the throttle, and display and that plugs into a plug on the bike that consolidates those 4 things. I bought a 72150 to replace it and it does not have the plug, it’s the same as yours. Do you know how I can wire it or do I just need the controller with the display prewired?

Hello. What speedo do you use? This version of sabvoton does not support any display. On my bikes i use the ant bms display for battery and you can plug in the hall wire from sabvoton to it so it would show speed.
Hi Bob, I have a Sabvoton 72200 flashing the green light. The manual says this is how Sabvoton tells the user there is some kind of problem. Typically during functional operation the green light is off and only the red light is on solid. I don't know how to fix this or how to test this controller. The seller is not responding. Can you help me? I have a voltimeter. Do you know where someone can service these controllers in the USA? Thanks!

Its in the hall plug. You should have 6 wires in that plug.

Hey. Please use bluetooth dongle to connect to the controller and see if it shows any faults.

Did you connect the ignition properly?

You need different sabby. This one does not support display
