thank you man. Deleting the software distribution folder worked for me, but after that when I clicked on retry on windows update it failed, but there was a new button in a combobox under retry. When I clicked that it worked.

the problem is, I don't have the start option for the windows update on the services, it was denied, so the windows update is still disabled. Tried the cmd with net start wuauserv but got result "System error 1058 has occurred.
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
what should I do? Thanks in advance!

I have had a problem. Every so often, I can not drag and drop when using file explorer. When I restart my computer, it will work at first, but after a few days, it stops again, so I continually must restart.
