We grow ginger in our garden. We use a lot of it in Asian cooking and I've also made ginger beer. I've never had ginger shots though. Going to give this a try. Hopefully I can find Elderflower juice. 😁
I make my lemon and ginger shots much more highly concontrated. Only 3 ingredients. Just squeezed lemon juice with all the bits (no seeds of course), peeled root ginger very finely chopped until puree consistency, and honey.
Sub pineapple for elderberry & add cayenne or turmeric, sans salt, for circulation & you've got yourself a thermal powered shot!! To everyone's vibrant health!
@patriciahowe76 where did you hear/see that? I even watched through the video to make sure I didn’t mispronounce something 😁 Otherwise I’m using just fine salt, if that’s what you meant.
I love ur accent. Where r u originally from. I freeze my ginger shots in ice trays. I use 1lb of ginger with 32oz of water so it works almost instantly for GI upsets. Doesn't taste so good. Lol
Great recipe. I would add some cayenne pepper in there. It’s good for the circulatory system.
Absolutely! And thank you 🙏

It’s a great way to use extra ginger! It holds in the fridge for a long time too. Although, I drink glasses, not shots, and it never lasts very long 😁
Do you buy or make Ginger Beer

Add a pinch of turmeric and cinnamon in there and you got yourself nuclear fuel 😁 Go get em bro!
I put a lots of ginger and black pepper a bit of honey
That’s also a really good combo! 🙌
Good Stuff
Could be fun to make this and let it sit out bottled for a couple of days so it starts to ferment and bubble a bit
Now that is a fun idea!
Not too far off from ginger beer actually! 👍
@_SurferGeek_ Btw, it you have a lot and want to make a bigger batch, you can boil the ginger, instead of blending it.

Thank you! 😁 I’m Bulgarian, but I live in Denmark. Where are you from?
You should give these a try, they might change your ginger game 😁
@@ROLcooks I'm from the Caribbean but I live in the US. Thanks for the recipe.

I would use Stevia for sweetness
You can, although the elderflower adds not only sweetness, but a very distinct flavor :)
