April is Autism awareness month. Love that you ended up with a couple that have that rep. I hope your reads go well. Have a great month.
There's a readathon about autism in April, sadly I have too many books in my April TBR to do all the prompts but I'll try to read at least a book
I did not know that. I'm bad at staying on top of things like that, but I'm glad it worked out this way :) I made it a personal goal to read more autism rep after taking an intro to autism class in college, its a good way to learn more about the different ways autism works
I'm doing Orillium for the first time and I can't wait! My character will be a Dream Walker

AHHH I'M SO EXCITED YOU'RE READING PROJECT HAIL MARY!!! I finished it on Sunday and I already know it's going to be my Book of the Year. It's absolutely amazing, I loved every second of it, and the ENDING!!! OH IT'S SO PERFECT 😭😭 I also like it more than The Martian, which was unexpected because that was a really high bar!
I was trying to find your book club book at my library and it didn't come up 😢 Then I realized I spelled "bares" like "bears" so once I fixed that I saw it was available 😂
I almost did the Orilium challenge when BookRoast posted about it, but unfortunately it was a little overwhelming for me, and as more of a mood reader I wasn't sure if it would be something I actually stuck to or would motivate me 😢 However, I do enjoy watching other people talk about it and their characters! I hope that you have a great week off of posting and are able to recharge with your loved ones!
Glad to hear you liked Project Hail Mary so much, I'm planning on making it my first book of the month! Orilium can be a bit overwhelming, that's why I just do the prompts for my careers and none of the guild stuff or extra quests. Hope you enjoy the bookclub pick!
If you ever watched the original movie 'It' made back in the 80's you'd be scared of clowns. I love Tim Curry, but this is the one movie he scared me so much it gave me the fear of clowns. However, I am definitely adding There's No Way I'd Die First to my wishlist, sounds like a book up my alley.
I don’t watch a lot of horror movies, but I’m sure my opinion on clowns would quickly change if I did 😮💨

Wow what a big TBR! I'm doing Orilium for the first time this year, and I am very excited. I'm kind of confused why you are bending the rules so much though? Doesn't that take the fun of the challenge out of it if you are adhering by the basic rules?
It might, but for me it makes it less overwhelming and that makes it more fun because I'm not stressing. I also found last year that I don't do well with monthly challenges like the extra orilium quests or buzzwordathon so I've decided to leave those behind for now.
