Slip Disc/Herniated Disc (mohron ka dard) is a common low back disorder. It is one of the most common diseases that produces low back pain (kamar ka dard) and/or leg pain.
The most common symptoms of slip disc/herniated disc (mohron Ke dard ki alamat) are pain, tightness, numbness, weakness, or tingling in the neck, back, arms, or legs, inability to bend or rotate the neck or back, difficulty getting up from a chair, and inability to remain in 1 position for a long period of time.
In most cases, physical therapy can often produces better results in treating a herniated disc (mohron ka dard ka Ilaj) than surgery or pain medications. A physical therapist will work with patient to design a specific treatment program that will speed up the recovery, including exercises and treatments that they can do at home.
