Sir as u said don't use dye at the age of 40 or afterwards but my question is if a person is less than that like 20's or 30's then should we use hair dye with the precautions that u explained cause in 20's or 30s mostly ppl got grey hairs but still they r unmarried, so they have to dye lol, another question is can we use those dye on beard as well?

I tried VIP color over beard. Since beard was short I applied for 3 days and noticed severe itching and noticed I was unable to sleep. Sounds interesting ? Right. I tried searching all over internet if there is any connection with sleep disorder. I even tried searching the reviews with a hope if anyone would have faced the same problem. Then I didn't get and stopped using VIP color. Then 6 months I tried Garnier Hair color on the short beard. For 2 days no issues. But then again after 4 days (using at night for all days) I faced that sleeping problem. The itching was there but not severe as experienced with the VIP color. I just wonder how come coloring beard is affecting sleep ? Does anyone have experienced similar problem ?

@@ITcians I was so excited to use garnier darkest brown shade over the thin beard. That's the best DIY with Vaseline applied before . I was wondering garnier is an international brand but still they don't have beard color and I think they don't recommend to use the hair color over face. Anyway it affects the sleep over daily use. I just wish to come across a better hack to cover the gray beard.
