Sajal is the queen of Pakistan industry. No one has been able to act like Sajal's and no one will be able to do it and it is not right that she came to talk about Sajal's performance. Sajal's expression was 💯 correct.
Not that I'm trying to teach you all how to judge - you all are way too big as actors and have my deepest respect already - but have any of you thought that being Hamza Sohail's character (an underplayed character) might be the most difficult of all? And that he is actually living up to his character? In this village of "colourful" and brilliant characters, he is a rather 2-dimensional character - something that our city-bred young professionals do tend to become. He is unconnected to anyone in the village, doesn't have the same emotional bandwidth (something that is quite apparent in our younger city-bred generation), has been dealing with his own ghosts which he cannot share here - his peers and the young woman he cared for have ditched him at his time of need - that has to be a big shock. To me he looks as if he has decided that he will treat the ailments, not the patients (again, a very modern approach). I think Hamza Sohail is doing a great job of underplaying his character the way it should be, providing the perfect foil to the more emotional, more troubled narrative of the village.
My brother is an anaesthetist, and he is always there with the surgeon during major surgeries. He sounds us cold at times but this is how they had been trained. They have to consider the patients as bodies with systems.Otheriwse that emotional approach won't work
Again the same story.. too critical for male actor.. if you see the village set up every single person is a character.. you want the same from the doctor. Even when he was scolding the mother or answering Meenu it was exact how a normal person say or react.. what should he do roll his eyes.. comparing him to the actors who have vast scale experience is not justified. Anchor is the sensible one explaing every frame of the episode.. for once appreciate the message and the actors who will get benefits from the reviews.
This ep was so good..i got goosebumps in the backstory of the girl with her siblings, that scene was heart touching..i saw no fault in sajals acting and hamza did fine job too, hamzas character is very close to reality and i really like the fact that his character is non conventional the way he told meenu that he dont wanna be a HERO..also i feel like Rubina overcriticized the drama i mean its ok if she finds faults in story but you cant ignore the other scenes, she didn't talk about the kids scene, sajal abd hamza scene and how they portrayed our society so well in this drama

I want to highlight that when Kashf foundation produces a play they do it with full research and backed by experience. If anyone has seen Dil na umeed tou nahi the issue of child labor was raised there too. In fact Nouman Ejaz’s character ends up saving Wahaj’s child character from the terrible beatings he was getting due to working in a household. Here they have highlighted the same issue from a different lens because it is Such a big problem in Pakistan. Rubina Ashraf comes off as naive when she says that she was expecting a rape victim and a domestic abuse victim is not good enough to get a reaction. That’s like saying the kid dying on the street due to malnutrition doesn’t evoke the same feeling as a kid dying from sexual assault. What kind of absurd reasoning is that??? A child dying from a severe beating or from sexual assault should evoke the same reaction because at the end of the day you have killed an innocent child. I do not agree with Rubina Ji. I feel that sometimes she overanalyses everything in trying to be too critical. every dialogue has to be seen in the context the dialogues are being delivered. Just becasue a woman is wearing a Saree does it mean she will wear a saree all the time? She is sitting with her friends and talking to her friends who must have asked her where the girl is. Do you think she will tell the truth? If you believe anything that woman says then I think Rubina ji is very Naive! why does she want to see the visual of a child being beaten? I am so glad that they did not show the child being beaten. sometimes the visuals are created through dialogues. did she see the exchange between the girl and her brother? It was heartwrenching. In all her analysis she doesnot bring her the Father at all. the girl died because the Father removed her from the hospital to get money from the family. Did Rubina ji really see the episode?

#Rubina's objections are always ridiculous and make me doubt the mental level our celebrities have. Was this the point to waste the entire 4 minutes that how the child had been abused? Doesn't she know that it was the power show for that lady with a slave child? Utha utha ker mara is not literal. It means that she had beaten the child so brutally that she was bumped into the walls and broke her ribs. For god's sake, don't be so shallow and mean when you come to body image. Once she talked about an actress in #Mein that she is so fat, and now comparing the child's size with the woman. How come? The child was about 10 11 years old and this is more of a power show. Size doesn't matter in the master-slave relationship. This is such a sensitive issue. Fickle and shallow. It becomes harder to listen to this woman sometimes, although I used to like her in her good acting days. Not anymore, as her acting in a recent play was so average
I want to highlight that when Kashf foundation produces a play they do it with full research and backed by experience. If anyone has seen Dil na umeed tou nahi the issue of child labor was raised there too. In fact Nouman Ejaz’s character ends up saving Wahaj’s child character from the terrible beatings he was getting due to working in a household. Here they have highlighted the same issue from a different lens because it is Such a big problem in Pakistan. Rubina Ashraf comes off as naive when she says that she was expecting a rape victim and a domestic abuse victim is not good enough to get a reaction. That’s like saying the kid dying on the street due to malnutrition doesn’t evoke the same feeling as a kid dying from sexual assault. What kind of absurd reasoning is that??? A child dying from a severe beating or from sexual assault should evoke the same reaction because at the end of the day you have killed an innocent child. Thank you Mukarram for pinpointing the nuances of REALITY.
