I think the drama Mann jogi is based on a dark topic thus the director chose dark shades and I don't see anything wrong in that atleast the story is strong not just the visuals which is common in nowadays dramas

It is clearly written in the Quran, divorce is given in 3 stages, there is a waiting period in which the couple can reconcile before the 3rd divorce is given after which they are finally divorced, if a second marriage is done with the intention of Halala it is Haram.
I hope this drama can bring to light what’s going on in the society. People are so hasty in giving divorces it’s crazy. Please do refer to hadiths and what is sunnah. A lot of education is needed on this topic.

I am really disappointed by all the members of this program on lake of basic knowledge of divorce. As per Shariah, if you give 1 or 2 talaq to your wife, than you can return to your wife within 3 month and if you don't return to her in eddat duration than talaq will be automatically happen after 3 month. In the case if husband return within 3 month than talaq will be cancelled but next time talaq will happen even if he gives 1 or 2 talaq because 1 or 2 he already gave. But if you give 3 talaq at a time than talaq happened permanently as shown in this drama. 3 talaq at a time is permanent. And in case of 1 or 2 talaq, you have a choice to return to your wife within 3 month and if you return, that 1 or 2 talaq will be cancelled but these will be minus from total 3 and next time you will have right of only remaining ones from total 3 . There is also a difference in ahl e sunnat muslims and ahl e hadees Muslims that ahl e sunnat believe that if you give 3 talaq at a time than it will be counted at 3 and talaq will happen and according to ahl e hadees if you give 1 2 or 3 talaq at a time it will counted as 1 at one time. But of course ahl e sunnat concept is more accurate as because majority of Muslims about 85% believe that. But of course but sides are trying best to do as per Allah's order. I hope i explained it well.. And there is no need of documentation in marriage or divorce according to shariah. Documentation required only for property rights of wife and other legal rights as per the country's regulations. You may have divorced your wife and at the same time she may be your wife legally but she is haraam on you in that case according to shariah. Laws are for general population of a country which may include all religion and shariah is for Muslims.
