If you are not able to log into your user account and you see a message - Your account has been disabled, Please see your system administrator on Windows 10/8/7, follow this solution. You won’t be able to access your data unless you have the administrator account access.
When you are on the login or welcome screen, the Administrator account is not an option by default in Microsoft Windows 10. You can enable this feature with the following steps.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

when i clocked in the SAM file it says this file is in use. What should i do ?
I was this close to banging my head against the wall. I saw a video like this somewhere but it wasn't clear at all. I skipped this once and played again. And thank god I did. Hey man quick question, under my 000001F4 folder should there be a SupplementalCredential folder? Because it does not show that you have one.
Hello - what if there is no local c drive and only a recovery d drive? Does that mean files are gone? This a work computer but my acct was disabled. I was just trying to access my docs to upload saved homework.

What happens when you go to troubleshooting and advanced options and he gets a button to click on more advanced options i only get two options startupsettings and Uefi firmware settings.. No additional advanced options after clicking troubleshooting

No, I had the Same problem,but I was brave enough to close my laptop and re-open it... this did not cause the same issue
I did everything. Step by step. When I finally logged in my taskbar icons were still missing. Opened the computer management window and there isn't a 'local users and groups' folder.

I followed your instructions all the way up to config. Once I clicked on config a error popped up saying “you don’t currently have permission to access this folder. Click continue to permanently get access to this folder.” I clicked continue and another error popped up on the screen saying “You have been denied permission to access this folder. To gain access to this folder you will need to use the security tap.” Clicked the security tab and config properties folder popped up on the screen… now I don’t know what to do. I need help.

Hello iv had a problem with my PC out of no where. Pretty much my administrator did not give me the option to say yes to anything. So I tried to make a administrator profile, then it would not let me sign in so I followed this video. But my whole PC home screen looks different I'm signed into the administrator profile and I can't find my old admin user account. I'm very much confused does anyone know what's up ?

It says location is unavailable. If the location is in the pc, make sure that the device or drive is connected.
Make sure that the location is connected to a network and try again.
If the location cant be found, it might been deleted or removed.
Please help.

I did everything until putting key name but once I entered it there is a notification saying " cannot loadx:\windows\system32\config\sam: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
When I do troubleshoot all there is is UEFI firmware settings and startup settings. Nothing else, cant factory reset or anything. Please help

Okay so I just got a new hp laptop and its always on the automatic repair screen and like it keeps looping and everything I try to restart it they keep saying I need an administrator account I don't know what to do.

At the command prompt step when it asks for password you said just click on continue. But it still keeps asking the password which I dont have it from the beginning, thats the whole issue.

Hi MD, I was updating windows 7 to windows 10, but it repeating installing again and again, after I tried to do some tips on youtube, I created the userdefault0 for somehow and now I'm stucking in userdefault0, then I tried to restart again and it logged in successfull but f**k off, the screen then flickering and I cannot do some thing like update graphic driver like other videos show how to fix, can you help me now?

u should put a usb with windows 10 an boot the pc with it in the homescreen when yhey give to choose the language click on repair this pc and another window will show up and then u can apply the steps on this video
@@crackonadailybasis2748 thank you for your suggestion, i solved this with a similar approach. I booted from a usb with windows specter that comes with many tools, one of them is a cmd. And i just followed the guide. Thank you for nudge to the right direction.

My laptop can go thru the reformat but once its done, its will goes to log in page. I havent even set up any credentials. Command prompt options is not also available. I did the other videos on trying to pull up command prompt but ill had same message: "no administrator accnt existing".

HOLD DOWN shift (arrow pointing up) and press RESTART
This will take you to a blue screen where you have 2 options:
1. Solve Problems
2. Advanced options
Then follow the instructions in this video
