My triglycerides level was 365 I was not feeling good at all Now after 2 month of dieting and regular running in morning I reduced my levels to 104 Now I am really happy

Just stop eating fried food for 2 months Do regular exercise eats full plate of fruits Daily.Eat only 2 chapati in lunch with vegetables and take curd with it.Don’t eat rice.take your dinner before 8pm don’t eat too heavy food at night.Inbreakfast take light food only like poha,lauki chilla, dal chilla and also don’t use too much oil in your sabzi

Before 3month in February my triglycerides was 139 and total chlorestal 232, now triglycerides 79 and cholesterol 199, just because of dr.bimal sir, now my target to reduce chlorestal is 130, now I totally left oil,and animal foods.

Please make an informational video on difference between good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.
If you want I can tell you the difference between LDL(bad cholesterol) and HDL (good cholesterol). LDL must be under 100 and HDL must be above 50 and Triglyceride below 150 but total cholesterol must be below 200 and less
My Triglycerides was 844 And Cholesterol Was 258 i have Started excercise And diet now it is 285 triglycerides and cholesterol 210

Sir, you are advocating zero oil cooking. However it has been reported that with almost zero intake of visible oils absorption of fat soluble vitamins suffers which may lead to vitamin deficiencies of A, D and E. Will it not cause deficiency of essential fatty acids. What are your view on that. Thanks

Thanks for such wonderfully educative videos What’s the difference between Statins and Fibrates? How long should these be taken? Can these be discontinued when triglycerides levels fall to the desired levels.
Statins is generic medicine for controlling Cholesterol but once you depend on medicine than u will have to continue otherwise Cholesterol will again shoot up. The best way is to make lifestyle changes like add more fiber and protein and less fatty food. Avoid saturated fat as much as possible and add Mufa and pufa fat which are heart healthy fat.
Your Question is very important.

u should immediately stop using refined oil (branded or nonbranded doesn't matter), buffalo ghee or butter, packaged wheat flour which is actually maida, sugar, salt, fried food, as these r directly related to increasing TGL in blood
u need to change ur diet to bajra/jowar/jau mixed whole wheat flour roti, sattu, sendha ya kala namak, desi cow ghee for summer and mustard oil extracted before ur eyes, more vegs in ur diet, active lifestyle which include lot of physcial work, eat 1 tea spoon haldi every day, 1 kali of garlic every day, (in winter can eat 1 kali of clove/long every day)
