Excellent video. I like the option of the H-O-A or bypass switch on the RIB relays especially for quick testing or to get quickly temporarily get a load on but the only issue is the switch is not supervised so if someone leaves it in bypass you would not know unless the BAS has a current switch or other proving device that went into alarm if the load showed status with the command off.

That's exactly right Kenny. For that reason I don't install them often. They can end up being more harm than good if misused.
