    If any skilled employee having Rs 18000 pm basic for half day(4 hrs) then what will be the bonus? How to calulate minimum wages for that employee?

    Sir if monthly salary is 12000 and minimum wages by govt. Is 10000 but due to holidays employee is earning 8000, then on what amnt bonus to calculate

      here Bonus will be calculated on Rs. 8000.

    Bonus calculation is calculated from the date of joining or how it is

      Yes from date of joining but employee has worked at least 30 days in a financial year.

    Sir mere father ke abhi ...covid se Death ho gayi thi......unhone 4 month he work kiya ......to is process me EDLI INSURANCE ka kitna amount hume mil sakta hai

      4 months ki service me EDLI kitna milega it depends on ki, har mahine unke PF me kitna paisa jama hota tha, agar aap ye bata pao to i can tell you the Amount.

    as per the Act, bonus shall be calculated on his salary or the minimum wages whichever is higher. then how can you restrict bonus wage to 7000?
    paragraph from the Act is as under:
    {12. [Calculation of bonus with respect to certain employees]
    21
    Where the salary or wage of an employee exceeds 22[seven thousand rupees or the
    minimum wage for the scheduled employment, as fixed by the appropriate
    Government, whichever is higher] per mensem, the bonus payable to such employee
    under Section 10 or, as the case may be, under Section 11, shall be calculated as if his
    salary or wage were [seven thousand rupees or the minimum wage for the scheduled
    employment, as fixed by the appropriate Government, whichever is higher] per
    mensem.]}

    Bonus Eligibility is checked on Gross Salary of employees whose salary shouldn't be greater than 21000/-.
    Upper limit decided by govt. In amendments 7000 or Minimum wages whichever is higher. Pls correct
