Hello sir, If any skilled employee having Rs 18000 pm basic for half day(4 hrs) then what will be the bonus? How to calulate minimum wages for that employee?
Sir want one clarification, if wages are revised twice in a year, suppose we taken one contract in mid of march -21 and in April 21 minimum wages revised and then again minimum wages revised in sept, 21 and then my contract is upto 16th march, 2022 and client asked extension of contract for 3 months, we agreed, now in April, 22 again minimum wages revised, now the contract is over. Now they are calculating annual bonus on minimum wages which are effective from April, 22 . Is it correct??? Because if we do month wise calculation from March, 21 then as per wages annual bonus amount will be different. Kindly throw light.
