Why are they all pinning the q, and driving so fast? What the hell kinda parade is this?! We’re you the only guy out watching? Hardly saw a soul out there.
First of all, it's a big Christmas parade done every year as tradition. All the roads are shut down by fire police, trucks, and other vehicles, until they pass said street. They go down practically every road in the district, and it takes hours to do so. It's one of the only days a year we go out to have some fun, and screaming Q is lots of fun.
