He is a perfect design for a Musha. He feels the most complete and “balanced” design we have received recently, high risk high reward. Amazing output the lower your HP goes, the barrier gimmick is impressive. He might be one of my favourite designs in the entire game.

That's hellagur 3rd skill issue, more attack range and count but his damage is decent and don't have any slow or CC, making enemies can walk pass him while he blocked one. And there's surtr s3. amAll enemies will die before reaching her. His 2nd skill issue is can be fixed by barrier instead of dodge since it can maxed out his damage potential. Zuo Le has all kit that Hellagur need, and Hellagur 2nd module is the worst *6 module in the game.

Even his S1 autostrike will basically proc every other hit for 3x200% damage when under pressure, with the skill holding extra charges so the SP is never wasted
Other ops gain battery talents and have large SP costs in return (Carnelian, Ch’en, Ptilopsis, Suzuran, Mostima, Exec2, etc). This guy gets 2 and an SP cost like he didn’t have any.
Zuo le on his way to have a bad subclass with the second worst uptime/downtime ratio in the game, subpar kit with no utility/niche other than decent range and somehow still be Penance levels of broken:

So both s2 and s3 are still good. For note his s3 cooldown is around 6s-11s if his hp below 50%
@@NorugaA well 120%hp shield sometimes not enough to keep him alive against a large number of elite enemy, if the shield break during the skill duration he will be very vulnerable. While 50% hp cost can help him build "Tenacity" he still gain hp from normal attack unlike his s3 that convert hp+ to shield and with block+1 its regen is double if there is 2 enemies, after the skill duration you usually will have your hp back at above 50%. S3 however have very good uptime, once you low his hp enough he will start spamming every 6s, s3 may not provide anough shield to block all damage but that is anough to mitigate the damage he receive so it goes back to 30%hp. In comparison you can recast the s2 every 18s while s3 8s (it does not include module and sp gain on attack trait)
