his talent + module gives him +2.3 sp/sec + 70 atk speed when he loses 50% hp and his other talent gives him a 20% chance to gain 1 sp when he attacks and this chance increases when he's low hp (70% chance)
Apparently so for IS3. There's a video on Bilibili where Zuo Le solos an IS3 run on A15 difficulty. The craziest part is that Zuo Le wasn't even maxed out at E2. He had no module and his S2 and S3 were only at M1. Although, I think that the success of that run came down to the player getting really good artifacts for Zuo le.
