Bullying in the workplace

This happened to me while I was doing my in-service training in one of the well known Optometry. The girl who was suppose to teach me the work decided to hold back the information, excluded me from the meetings and emails, ridiculed me in front of clients, would send me to the shops to do her things 4/5times a day and would tell the optometrist that I go in and out as I please without letting her know and she would bad-mouth me to the optometrist and the optometrist accommodated her behaviour, 4months in another trainee joined us and the girl did the same to her while she was bad mouthing me, that girl couldn't tolerate the treatment and left after 2months and told me everything that was said about me. I was supposed to be with them for 12months and I gave up on my eleventh month, I was pregnant and lost the baby at 22weeks into my pregnancy due to high levels of stress, I put them on my CV and they gave me bad reference for a year.
Today I'm running a successful business for the past 5 years and very much Happy with happy employees, never got a chance to work for anyone else after them, what a blessing 😃😃😃

Hello,
I have got my dream job and salary but I am also being a victim of workplace-bullying here. Also, if I leave this job, I won't get even half the salary that I get in this company.
Also my seniors are putting a lot of work pressure on me.
