If I remember correctly, there is a reset button on the nugget board called sw1. Press that to bypass the 15 min delay. Great troubleshooting as always.
Hey Great Content!! I am starting as a entry level tech in the field end of the month for a company and your method of troubleshooting is amazing!!! Is there any books or online resources I can use or purchase to learn basic electricity(wire diagrams, etc) and basic refrigeration and troubleshooting for this field? I was looking at Master Samurai but its more tailored towards residential. Any Suggestions?
The book that helped me was refrigeration for ac techs by Dick Werz. Learning schematics just takes practice, and eventually will just click for you one day.

I’ve done pms on those type of ice machine. I didn’t know about the time delay.
Neither did I, didn’t see anything in the manual about bypassing the delay for troubleshooting either
