You have to rerun you auto ssl from cpanel's ssl status option
Hello, I couldnt find pki validation file,now what to do?
Find 'ssl certificete' option and delete all existing ssl certificates and tokens, the try re run auto ssl from 'ssl status' option.
Make sure pause cloudflare DNS, if cloudflare dns service enabled in your site.

how can we disable the autossl run when it expire. we know that cpanel will run the autossl around 14 days before it expire. but we want to do it on our own. meanwhile, do we need to pause the CDN that we are currently using before we run the autossl? thank you.
If you use clodflare then you must have to pause cdn, then run autossl as I mentioned in my video.

Not mandatory, if auto renew work. If failed. Then you must have to pause cdn and then run autossl.

You can uninstall ssl certificate from cpanel ssl option. No need go for whm.

Delete ssl certificate and csr from ssl option in your cpanel. Then regenerate the certificate using ssl status option.
You may contact with your hosting service provider to solve the issue quickly.
@@hostrare Thanks man, I just needed to add the addon domain to my DNS record on Cloudflare, and it solved the issue.
